What will people remember about your special day? Every wedding has flowers, food & dancing… but what will make yours special? Your day will be filled with details that reflect you as a couple! These are the "forget me knot" moments of your wedding!
What sets me apart from other wedding planners? Events are my life! I don’t have any children, or even pets, because I am often on the road for destination weddings. You can call me at 8:00 at night & I will pick up! I also have a unique style and strive for perfection in all aspects of my events. I live by the mantra “Higher Expectations lead to Higher Outcomes.” There will not be a petal out of place at your wedding… I will make sure of it!

| Description | This package includes everything included in the Day-Of Coordination package plus: -Venue tours to find your perfect venue -Attendance at all meetings with vendors -I become the main point-of-contact for all vendors -Vendor recommendations, research & bookings. -Floral & Décor planning/guidance. We will come up with a clear plan together -I'll be with you every step of the way (making it fun!). I'm always here to help! | Partial, or custom, wedding planning packages are available for couples who are midway through their wedding planning journey or planning an elopement. Custom pricing based on guest count and how much help with planning is needed. | 2-3 Month Coordination includes: -an initial meeting to get to know each other (can be done before booking) -a 2-hour planning session (6-8 weeks before wedding) -your final venue walk-through -creation of a very detailed timeline & floor plan -coordination of ceremony rehearsal -coordination of your entire wedding day -setup & clean-up of all decor. I will be available throughout the entire planning process for unlimited emails, calls & texts! |

Present for Every Moment- Thanks to Kristin
Working with Kristin from Forget Me Knot Wedding made the entire planning process feel easy and stress-free. On the day of our wedding, everything ran so smoothly that we honestly couldn’t tell if anything went wrong; it truly felt like a perfect day. Even weeks later, we still think about how seamless, joyful, and stress-free our wedding day felt thanks to Kristin. Kristin didn’t just shine on the wedding day; the rehearsal the day before was engaging, organized, and even entertaining. She is reliable, incredibly hardworking, and genuinely takes the time to get to know her clients. Her dedication speaks volumes; she even pushed through an ankle injury to be there for us and ensure everything ran smoothly. Kristin knows how to handle family dynamics with grace and always keeps the focus where it belongs: on the couple. If you are looking for a wedding coordinator, I cannot recommend Forget Me Knot Wedding enough. I truly wish we could have another wedding just so we could work with Kristin again!

Forget Me Knot Weddings was an invaluable partner in planning and executing our special day. Kristin's was always quick to respond to emails/texts, and professional from the very beginning. She helped review contracts and guide us through the planning process. It was such a comfort knowing we could always call Kristin if we got stuck in our planning. The wedding day was beautiful and really my dream come true because of Kristin. She really saved the day on multiple occasions and kept everything running smoothly, allowing us to fully enjoy our wedding without worrying about the details. While you’re planning your wedding you have to make tons of decisions. Chances are, you have already made a bunch of them. Do yourself a favor. Make the best decision of the entire process. Hire Forget Me Knot Weddings. We hired Kristin as a day-of coordinator and we are so happy that we did. She’s professional, a great communicator, and so easy to work with! She recommended several excellent vendors, she reassured us when we were feeling stressed or indecisive, and on the day of the wedding she kept everything running smoothly! It was incredible to have someone who has worked on so many weddings. She expertly managed timelines, floorplans, and so many other logistical details that we never would have thought of on our own. Thanks to Kristin we felt like we got to celebrate with our friends and family instead of hosting a complicated event.

I would highly recommend working with Kristin for your wedding day! She was so easy to work with—extremely responsive, enthusiastic, and always willing to help with anything and everything throughout the planning process. She was quick to answer questions, hop on calls, or even meet in person when we needed help. She was well organized and came prepared with detailed recommendations and resources that made decision-making and planning so much easier, especially when we got stuck. She helped review vendor contracts and ensure all vendors were well prepared with a thorough timeline and outlined responsibilities ahead of the wedding. On the day of, her and her team did an amazing job with the decor set up and vendor coordination, ensuring our vision came to life and that everything ran smoothly.
