    Photographer review

We hired Natalie as our photographer, and while we are very happy with the quality of the photos themselves, the communication and delivery process was extremely stressful. Throughout both our engagement session and wedding process, deadlines were repeatedly missed. Galleries and edits were often promised by specific dates and then delayed, sometimes multiple times, requiring consistent follow-ups on my end. In several instances, I was told images would be sent “tomorrow” or “by the end of the week,” only to have those dates pass without communication. There were several personal circumstances cited for delays, which I understand can happen. However, professional communication especially when clients are waiting on major life-event photos is incredibly important. Clear updates without clients needing to chase them down would have made a significant difference. If communication and timeline reliability improve, the client experience would match the quality of her work. The photos themselves are beautiful, but timely delivery and consistent follow-through are equally important when you’re trusting someone with wedding memories

Hi Caylee! I absolutely loved working with both you and Collin! Yes I did have a close family member pass away, as well as my apartment flooding and completely destroying all my personal items and furniture. I did communicate with clients about these delays and I apologize if this caused any stress to the timeline of you receiving your pictures, as the grieving process has been ongoing and now with the apartment it’s been extremely stressful and difficult. Please reach out to me directly, as I would love to extend my gratitude to both you and Collin as a thank you for your patience with everything! Hope you are both well and as always, appreciate the feedback!

    Booking Natalie every time!

Natalie was such a sweetheart! Took the cutest photos of my boyfriend and i in a flower field. The candid ones we didn’t even know she took were the best part. She effortlessly captures the moment. She made the environment so friendly and comfortable. The experience was so fun and we got everything we dreamed of and more with our photos. I’ve already reached out to have her take more photos for me!

    Venue - GLG Lounge

Natalie was hired to photograph a private event at our venue. In my brief interactions with Natalie she was extremely professional and walked around with a smile on her face.

Sure do! I will send my insurance info to venues upon request from the venue via email!
I do, but as a separate service. I typically work on my own or with 1-2 other photographers, so I typically have my friend capture video while I capture photos. Extra charges apply for video services.
Most couples book me at least 6 months in advance to a year in advance, especially if they need engagement pictures! I’ve had a couple people book me 2 years in advance and for micro-weddings (5-30 guests) I’ve had couples book me 2-3 months before their big day. It truly all depends on the event type, but in order to guarantee your date being available, I always recommend to book me a year or more in advance to secure your date.
I always love to have a phone call with my potential wedding clients to make sure we click! It’s not necessarily needed to book, especially if you already know you like my work, but I’m definitely more into calling than emailing back and forth about the wedding details because I like to connect with my clients on a deeper level and truly understand their needs. For booking though, you would need to: pay a $375-$500 non-refundable retainer fee (which is taken off the final wedding package total) and a signed contract with all your wedding details listed in there. This would include your wedding date, the package you’re choosing, etc.
This happens more than you think! I’ve seen and dealt with all kinds of problems on wedding days and let me just say- it’s not your problem to deal with it’s mine and the coordinator’s job! Your job as the couple is to be calm, cool, and collected, enjoying your big day. If there truly is a guest or even a stranger (yes it’s happened before haha), then I’ll roll up my sleeves and have a calm discussion with them about their behavior. If someone needs to be kicked out of the venue for their behavior after being talked to, then we would ask for your permission, but other than that, your day should be fun and full of beautiful memories!
I do! I have an amazing team of photographers and cannot believe how lucky I am to be able to work with such talented artists!
Sure do! As of this year, I am officially able to offer drone photography and have a drone ready to use at any event! It's small and pretty quiet, but takes amazing pictures!
Editing varies per wedding, but it's typically 50 edited pictures per hour and additional 50-100 edited pictures with a second photographer. BUT- these are just the minimums! It's usually a LOT more than this! Editing time for 2026 and beyond clients will be brand new and unique! I plan to stick to 12 weeks for editing time, but will give each client access to a personal countdown on their gallery, as it could be a lot sooner!
Sure do! I send sneak peeks 24 hours after your wedding day! Sometimes-if I'm feeling ambitious- I'll send them that same night!
I have a ton of photographers I'm friends with in every state in the US that would be willing to help me last minute if something happened, BUT- I have never had to not attend a wedding before (knock on wood). I always have a ton of backup plans and options on hold in case of emergencies, but again- I've never had it happen before and don't plan on there being a scenario where that needs to happen. If I broke every bone in my body, I would still try and find a way to still make it to your wedding, as that's just how I am :)
