About Moment Makers Photography
Moment Makers Photography
Moment Makers Photography offers clean, thoughtful wedding photography for couples who want beautiful coverage without overcomplicating things. Based in New Orleans, we photograph weddings, elopements, engagements, and intimate celebrations throughout Louisiana and select travel locations. Our approach blends natural direction, candid moments, and polished editing, with flexible collections for smaller celebrations and fuller wedding-day coverage. Optional additions include 35mm film, printed albums, and vintage Super 8 wedding films. A signed agreement and retainer are required to reserve a date.
Retainer and signing of my photography agreement (by both partners) are required to book a reservation. A mix of traditional and modern, our photography strives to tell a story that best represents you. With more than 10 years of experience in visual arts and media, we take our masterful process into weddings and special events.

Best photographer!
Ryan was the most professional and helpful person during our entire wedding process. He also took our engement photos. All of the photos turned out so immaculate it's hard to even put into words. What I was most impressed with though, is how in depth and thorough he was during the planning process. He really doesn't want to miss anything. It's the attention to detail that makes him such a great photographer. I Can't reccomond him more!

Ryan was a gem to work with!
From the start Ryan was a professional artist who really thought through all the details and components of our unique venue. He allowed himself extra time on the wedding day to confirm final layout for a ceremony in a wide open field taking sunset, backdrop and shadows all into consideration. And he bounced around during the reception to be sure he wasn't missing any special moments. He was such a pleasure to work with and I give him high praises and the biggest recommendation.

BOOK HIM NOW!! If Ryan is available for your wedding or event date, book him immediately!!! My husband and I just celebrated our 1 year anniversary last week and people are still are giving us complements on our wedding photos a year later! We live in Dallas and had a small intimate wedding in New Orleans and from our first consultation call to the big day, he was so thoughtful and intentional on understanding us as a couple and how we wanted our wedding day captured. He even visited our venues a week beforehand to scope out the area and made creative suggestions on where we could get the best shots that represented us as couple. As a bride planning from a different city, this was so helpful and made our day go so seamlessly! He made my husband and I feel so comfortable and suggested poses as we never know what to do with our hands or how to pose. Ryan was very communicative leading up to our wedding with emails and check ins and a final confirmation call to run through everything the week before . He sent us updates right after so we had clear expectations on when we would receive our pictures. Plus just an over all very nice person and human! Now to the pictures…THEY ARE AMAZING!! I don’t know how many people have told me they look like they are out of magazine and that is all because Ryan is a true artist who takes his craft very seriously! If you get the chance to work with Ryan you will not regret it!

Unique, Talented, and Fun
We cannot get over how amazing it was working with Ryan. Not only was he punctual on our big day, but he was ALWAYS there to answer our questions leading up to it. He leaned into our equal love of rock music and the photos we sent that inspired us. Ryan deserves to be one of the top wedding photographers in NOLA. He was also just a killer hang. We hope we never have to work with him again for a wedding (lol) but hope to have him out to one of our shows in NOLA to take photos of the band. Loved him!!
