From 300+ person weddings to intimate dinners, holiday parties, fundraisers and everything in between, RaynerShine provides full scale coordination through planning, communication and collaboration with all vendors and clients. We offer a variety of packages from month/day of coordination to partial planning to full planning and are also happy to customize a package to fit your needs.

No two weddings or events are alike and we approach each project individually. While we have systems and resources in place to perfectly organize your big day, we take into account all of your preferences, concerns, family dynamics and more to create a plan that meets your expectations. No matter which package you may choose, we are always available to answer questions, take your phone calls and more in preparation for your day. We are your cheerleaders and your advocates and are here to make sure the preparation and execution of your event goes as smoothly as possible!

Description

This package is perfect for out of towners or couples that simply don’t know where to start. This service includes all components of month of coordination and: Sourcing vendor pricing and availability. Everything from photographers and videographers to transportation to wedding cakes and custom koozies. Attendance at tastings and vendor meetings as desired. Decor pricing and sourcing. Budget tracking and payment scheduling. Floor plan creation.

You do a little and we do a little! This package includes all services listed in month of coordination as well as: 3 to 5 meetings in advance of the wedding, Involvement from the start! We’ll communicate throughout your engagement on the status of vendor sourcing and event creation. Assistance in sourcing 3-5 vendor quotes. We’ll divide and conquer! Contract organization. Assistance in floor plan creation

Petite candle and decor package. This includes bud vases, and a variety of candles. This ie perfect for couples who want minimal decor and just a touch of color and ambiance. Hotel block arranging Transportation planning Rehearsal dinner, welcome reception and farewell brunch availability and menu sourcing.

One visit to reception site prior to event. Development of a detailed wedding timeline. Follow-up communication to all vendors. Ceremony rehearsal coordination (if not at a Church.) Overseeing venue set up, installation, vendor receiving and logistics as well as breakdown. Set up of personal items (DIY decor can be set for an additional fee.) Cueing musicians throughout event Assistance with the "flip" from ceremony to reception, as needed.
