We are innovative with our designs and the process we us to dream outside the box. Each client's event is an original; we do not provide design packages as part of our custom services.

Description

With our hands on every logistical detail of your wedding, from finding the perfect venue, assisting with budget allocation to designing a gorgeous event, you can rest assured your special day will be perfect. we are your vendor curator, etiquette adviser, stationery proofreader, and personal stylist. As your wedding advisor we will guide you through the entire planning process and oversee the wedding day from start to finish.

This service is comparable to our Full Service Planning, however, we will travel the world for our clients to ensure they and their guests have a memorable experience.

This package is perfect for clients who already have their venue and need a professional event designer to create their vision. Based on a design consultation and inspiration, we will develop a design which fits your individual style/vision and budget. Our custom design will be executed through meetings and contracts with the vendors required to execute your dream day.

Services begin one month before the wedding. Package begins with a venue meeting to gain a full understanding of the wedding location and details for the big day. The couple will work with our team to develop a timeline/itinerary. This will involve all logistical details of the day and coordinating with vendors. The coordinator will oversee the rehearsal to ensure a smooth wedding day.

Our team consist of a Lead Planner and Day of Management Assistant. Brides will work very closely with the Lead Planner to develop and design the wedding or event and the Day of Management Assistant will be there the day of the event to ensure all timelines are adhered to and the design is carried out as planned.
We are not limited to only weddings. Our experiences range from weddings to anniversaries and just an intimate dinner for two. If you are looking for the perfect proposal, we're here to make it happen.
The Lead Planner will work very closely with clients which often entails a monthly call either via phone or zoom, to ensure everyone is working as a team to make the event memorable.
Over the past 30 years we've had the opportunity to share in the new beginnings of many clients. Clients are given personalized calls and answer all questions/concerns day or night. Our brides or our family and we intend to ensure we treat each client and their special day with the dignity we would expect to receive. We have had the honor and pleasure of planning and executing many multicultural weddings and events for clients; we traveled to other countries to ensure our clients have a complete experience.
