From small and more personalized gatherings to large-scale celebrations, this venue offers refined facilities and stunning natural views. Tucked away into eight acres of lush, forested landscape, here clients can plan their one-of-a-kind occasion in a setting that is rich with intrigue and character. With both indoor and outdoor event spaces, Lake House can host engagement parties, bridal and baby showers, rehearsal dinners, wedding ceremonies and receptions, holiday celebrations and many more. The option to use the venue without our catering is available.

I loved my experience with the Lake House! Lauren was very attentive to me from day one; answering any questions I had and problem-solving when issues arrived. On the weekend of the wedding she kept everyone in line (which was needed) and made sure I had an amazing day. Our other vendors booked through the venue worked well with Lake House with the exception of one in particular, BR Classic Cars. If you choose to book with them try to have your venue looped as you book your getaway car because it seemed like they tried to double dip with us.

I had such a beautiful day. My fiancé and I couldn't have picked a better venue. The staff was lovely and welcoming from day one. Mrs Lauren was always so sweet to us and went above and beyond to make it the best day she could. I cry a bit writing this because I'm so happy and the memories I can cherish of this special day will be with me for a lifetime. All of the staff was so sweet. And they tried to accommodate what requests they could. The grounds are beautiful there. My only complaint is that I wish more people would have been able to attend to see how magical that they made this day for us.

Greg and I couldn’t be happier with the venue or the service that the Lake House Reception Center provided! We had recently been to another couple’s wedding at a popular venue in Baton Rouge. The food was terrible, the cake was terrible and the over all coordination of the wedding was lacking. Lauren guided me through every step and calmed my nerves about all my concerns. Lauren and her team were top notch!! We even caught a picture of her smiling while she was videoing our first day. Thank you so much for making our day even more special than we could imagine!
