We strictly provide venue, catering & bar services. The rental includes tables, chairs, glassware, napkins, soft drinks & water. We have 120 banquet chairs. Therefore, we can seat 120 guests or we can hold 300 standing without tables & chairs; in addition to lounging furniture and bar stools. We have 12 barstools, 11 round 60 inch. tables, 7 tall pub tables, 3 square tables, 1 5ft. rectangle, 1 4ft. rectangle, 7 6ft. rectangle tables & 6 8ft. rectangle tables available. We have black linens available for $100 flat fee to cover all of the tables. If you do not rent our linens, only the buffet tables will come dressed in black. We can refrain from dressing them with prior notice.

    I had my wedding reception here and it was beautiful! Very affordable with food and a great view. Unfortunately, they wouldn’t let us start decorating until 10am the day of and we ran out of time to finish before it started ant 3pm and I almost didn’t get dressed in time! If you have an event here, be sure it is in the evening and not too loud.

    We had the best experience hosting my husband’s surprise 50th birthday party at The Loft at Cecelia! The space was absolutely perfect and created such a fun and inviting atmosphere for our celebration. Everything went so smoothly, and the staff was incredibly helpful, professional, and attentive throughout the entire event. It allowed us to relax and truly enjoy the night with our friends and family. We received so many compliments on the venue. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful place to host a special event! Sara and Mark were amazing to work with as well! Such a special night 🥳

    Truly the perfect place for an event. We celebrated my son in law’s birthday at The Loft. From the early planning stage to the end of the night everyone absolutely everyone was wonderful to work with. Through visits and phone calls everyone was helpful and friendly. The venue is beautiful with lots of character. The food was amazing. The staff were professional and very helpful. The sunset from the back balcony was awesome.

In addition to street parking (free after 5PM), the closest pay-to-park lot is next to the restaurant (corner of Laurel & 3rd). This lot does boot cars; please ensure your guests are aware this is not a free lot. The only entrance to the venue is located on 3rd Street.

No outside liquor can be brought in.

We currently do not have elevator access. There are 36 steps on the main staircase.
The hourly rental of the event is the timeframe from beginning to end. There is no additional fee for early set up the day of and/or breakdown after the event. Breakdown should take place within a hour to hour & half after the scheduled end time of your event. Our staff will assist in gathering your items & disposing of any trash.
Refunds for deposits can be applied as in-house credit only, such as gift cards in any increments (two $500, four $250, etc.). The deposit can also be applied to any of our future available dates at The Loft if the event can be rescheduled. 
No, our venue is fully insured.
The closest airport is Baton Rouge Airport. We have ample hotels all in walking distance of the venue.
