Great Day-of Wedding Coordinator
Kahlida was an amazing Day-of Wedding Coordinator. She kept in frequent communication with us leading up to the day of the event, provided us with a folder to upload all our contracts to and reached out to all of our vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page and confirmed. Kahlida was also great the day of our wedding! She kept us on track, made sure we ate and even delivered us drinks when it was time for our toasts! I would 100% recommend Kahlida to any couple who is planning their own wedding but wants some additional support once vendors are selected to confirm it all comes together as envisioned. It was great to know there was a confident and capable “go to” person on our wedding day that was not one of us! Kahlida strikes a great balance of being assertive and kind, exactly what we wanted and needed for someone in this role. Hiring Kahlida gave us the peace of mind we needed to have the perfect wedding day!

We had our dream wedding in the French quarter! Kahlida was thorough, available, and went above and beyond to support us in making the day flow amazingly. Kahlida was beyond amazing. In the beginning of planning, we thought we would just do it all ourselves, but we are SO RELIEVED that we didn't do ALL THAT. She handled more than we expected, was super organized and asked really good questions that helped us create really great memories without the fumbling around. She coordinated vendors more than we expected, not just day of, and used her expertise to get everything running so smoothly with 2 venues and a lion dance parade in between. Thank you Kahlida!
