Full Planning offers a comprehensive, start-to-finish approach to wedding planning and event design. Beginning 8–12 months before the wedding, we guide couples through every detail with a method-driven process, deep industry knowledge, and integrated design services—creating a seamless, elevated experience for mid-market and luxury weddings.

Partial Planning offers the same refined, comprehensive approach as our Full Planning service, designed for couples who may have secured their venue and are seeking guidance with key partners. We begin working together immediately, providing curated vendor referrals, thoughtful design guidance, and essential logistical support. With an average of 30 planning hours pre-event, this service ensures a polished, cohesive planning experience.

A La Carte Planning offers a flexible, refined option for couples seeking expert guidance without a full-service commitment. Designed to be approachable while maintaining our comprehensive approach, this service includes a dedicated number of planning hours—typically 20+ pre-event. We begin working together immediately, providing focused support to thoughtfully and successfully execute each celebration.

Together, our team provides thoughtful guidance and consistent support throughout the planning process.
Yes—we also plan additional wedding weekend events including rehearsal dinners, welcome drinks, and post-wedding brunches. These gatherings are thoughtfully designed to complement the overall wedding experience and create a cohesive, well-curated celebration for our clients and their guests
The time you’ll spend with us varies based on your planning tier, with most clients engaging anywhere from 20–40+ hours during the pre-planning phase. We schedule a minimum of three planning calls throughout the engagement to build trust and ensure a truly integrated approach. Beyond that, we remain readily available, offering thoughtful support tailored to each client’s needs.
