Comprehensive planning support for couples who want guidance from the earliest stages of planning through the final send-off. This service includes vendor management, design guidance, logistics, timeline creation, and full wedding-day oversight from beginning to end.

Collaborative planning support for couples who have already started the process but want professional guidance, organization, and assistance bringing all the details together cohesively. Partial Planning typically begins several months before the wedding date.

For couples who have thoughtfully planned their wedding but want professional oversight, organization, and hands-on support in the final stages of planning. Formerly known as month-of or day-of coordination, this service begins 6–8 weeks before the wedding date and includes timeline management, vendor communication, rehearsal oversight, and wedding-day execution.

Full Event Design focuses on the creative direction and visual cohesion of your wedding. I develop and oversee the design concept, ensuring every visual element feels intentional, elevated, and aligned. This service is ideal for couples who want a professionally curated aesthetic and a seamless visual experience brought together with clarity and purpose.

    My wedding heaven-sent

    Courtney was truly a heaven sent for my husband and I when planning our Nashville destination wedding and rehearsal dinner! We booked Courtney about 9-10 months out from our wedding for her full planning package as well as planning for our rehearsal dinner and it was the best decision we have ever made. She was helpful literally all the way through the planning process. From vendor recommendations, to sending mock ups, to her design skills, everything was truly seamless. I was originally so nervous being so far away from where the wedding was, but the in depth and timely communication that Courtney gave us eased my nerves so much. I could not recommend Courtney and her services enough. She is so highly connected in the Nashville area and provided excellent vendor suggestions, we booked literally everything through her and I would not have changed a single thing. Her design skills are seriously top notch, I had somewhat of a vision, but Courtney truly made it come to life and beyond my wildest dreams. Once I saw what she was capable of, I just handed her the reigns and let her creativity fly. It was her idea to do some real fruit centerpieces during our cocktail hour and they turned out so so beautiful. She went above and beyond for us in so many ways and I could not be more grateful!!
