There are many difficult decisions to make when planning a wedding, but your coordinator doesn’t need to be one of them— Haley and her team are incredible and absolutely crushed it! They made the entire process easy, smooth, and stress-free. We worked with Haley as our day-of coordinator, and had a couple of virtual meetings with Haley ahead of time to nail down details (including the timeline, which was super helpful) and relay our vision and details of the day. She made sure all of our vendors stayed in the loop and that we had everything we needed from them ahead of time. Communication was always clear, quick, and easy! When our wedding day came, Jordan and Julia were our coordinators and I cannot say enough great things about them. They were always one step ahead of the game, making sure things were handled before we even had a chance to think about it or ask. They headed-up flipping our venue between the ceremony and reception, working with our DJ/MC to be sure the timeline stayed on track, and even handled the details of turning up or down the lighting as the night progressed. They were so professional (and fun too!) and genuinely are the reason we were able to enjoy our wedding day without stressing over the details. 14/10 recommend.

I wish that I could give Haley even more stars than 5/5. Working with her was one of the best decisions my husband and I made during the wedding planning process! She was attentive throughout the entire planning process and in particular on the day of our wedding. She was an excellent communicator and had so much patience with me as we rounded out the final details. Haley made me feel seen, heard, and taken care of throughout this entire process! She made sure my husband and I ate and had some us time on our wedding day while ensuring that we had plenty of time with our guests as well. I am so thankful for her and cannot recommend her enough!! She is phenomenal at what she does and any couple would be blessed to work with her!
