About this venue

Ivy Hall overlooks beautiful Vickery Creek and a lovely covered bridge. Our deck is perfect for outdoor ceremonies and cocktail hours, complete with outdoor furniture and lite trees. Ivy Hall has two rooms-The Vickery Room and the Brookside Room which allows for lots of flexibility. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide stunning views and the wooden beams and antique wood floors creative a warm and unique ambience. The wonderful food and beverage is made on-site by our in-house company, Events Catering. We offer a variety of food options and will help you create the perfect menu. We provide you with an Account Manager to help with all the details, from timelines to arranging florists, music, bakers and more. If we are doing the ceremony, we provide a Ceremony Coordinator too! Roswell Mill is full of history and is the perfect place for you to begin to make history of your own!

    Great venue! Go Rosie!!

    We are so happy we chose Ivy Hall for our wedding! The venue is absolutely beautiful, and the entire day came together perfectly. The biggest highlight of our experience was working with Rosie. If you have the opportunity to request her, do it! She was incredible from the very beginning. She always communicated quickly, answered every question thoroughly, and never made us feel like we were asking too much. Whether we needed help with venue logistics, vendor recommendations, timeline questions, or general wedding advice, she was always willing to help. She consistently went above and beyond what we expected, helped keep everything running smoothly, and was such a kind, fun, and calming presence throughout the planning process. She truly made a stressful season so much easier, and we're incredibly grateful for everything she did for us. The catering was another standout. We attended the group tasting before the wedding, and while we enjoyed it, the food on our wedding day was even better. We received so many compliments from our guests! We served the pecan-crusted chicken, broccoli and cauliflower bake, carrots, garden salad, shrimp cocktail, and pot stickers, and everything was delicious. The Ivy Hall team did a wonderful job bringing our wedding day together, and the venue itself provided such a beautiful backdrop for our celebration. We couldn't be happier with our choice and would absolutely recommend Ivy Hall to other couples. If you're considering booking here, definitely ask to work with Rosie—she is truly exceptional!

    November 1st wedding

    It was really wonderful to be able to sit back and relax on the day of our wedding. Rosie and her team went above and beyond to help us make all our dreams real reality, and our guests kept talking about how the food was phenomenal, and I couldn’t have asked for a better venue and catering experience.

    Worth EVERY penny!!

    Ivy Hall is the perfect place to have your wedding ceremony and reception. The industrial rustic feel of the reception hall creates such a magical environment. The food was off the charts great and the staff are overly polite and accommodating. The views outside around the river are impeccable and fantastic for pictures. Our day was flawless because of Ivy Hall, Events Catering, Margaret and Linda.

    Great location for an event

Our facility rental fee includes guest tables, chairs, house linens, house centerpieces, buffet station tables and décor, all service pieces, plates, utensils, glassware for bar, set up and clean up. An Event Captain will be assigned to supervise your party from beginning to end. Your Account Executive will help you plan all the details of your party so all you need to do is show up and smile!
The wonderful food and beverage is supplied by Events Catering. We have various menus to suit your tastes and budget, and are happy to customize a menu just for you.
We include 4 hours for your reception and an additional 30 minutes for your ceremony. You may arrive up to 1 ½ hours prior to the start of your ceremony for photos. Vendors will have additional time to access the facility for set up and tear down. Saturdays during “peak months” do have specific day and evening time slots available.
Yes! We are happy to suggest vendors for your other event needs. Our Vendor List highlights people we have worked with for many years, who know our buildings and treat our clients with great care. Should you want to use someone not on our list, they must just sign a Vendor Contract (confirming they have appropriate licenses and insurance) and be approved. We do not take referral fees.
Yes, we have over 300 dedicated spaces for your guests.
