We can accommodate up to 200 guests and we offer a variety of menus and wine pairings to suit any occasion and budget. Sunday Wedding
My fiancé and I got married at Wahoo this April and we couldn't be more pleased with our experience! From our first inquiry, Pam and her team were very accommodating. We were still shopping for venues and indecisive about which day or weekend we wanted to get married, but once we visited Wahoo and I read all of the great reviews, I knew this was the perfect choice. I can't speak for other weddings but ours was relatively small, around 60 people, and this venue was the perfect size! We didn't want to rent out a huge venue for such a small group of people - it would've felt like wasted space. But Wahoo was perfect for that intimate feel we were looking for. Another thing I loved about this venue was that you only need minimal decorations. The space itself is the decor. Between the garden patio in full bloom and string lights, the vibes were just what we were going for. The food was delicious and Kaitlyn (wahoo's day-of coordinator) prepared our plates and let us privately enjoy our appetizers in the bridal suite. The rest of the staff that worked our event were super friendly and helpful, they even made sure I got plenty of photos on my Polaroid camera! Sydney was my point of contact for everything leading up to the big day and she was super nice and helpful when addressing all of my (many) questions. My only point of suggestion is maybe addressing the name. I don't think people knew what to expect when we told them the venue was named Wahoo! Grill. Maybe for the event portion only it could be rebranded as The Garden at Wahoo or something similar. Just a thought! All of this to say, we were so glad we chose Wahoo! to get married and would highly recommend it to anyone considering getting married here!
Intimate wedding venue
Had a wonderful experience with Wahoo Grill for our wedding reception. They were super accommodating, responsive, and professional. The space is gorgeous!
Wahoo is a great!
Wahoo is a great, cozy garden space to get married! Everyone who works there and with you during the wedding process is lovely. They do a really nice job. The bridal suite is a bit cramped.
Magic moon wedding !
Pam, Sydni , and Caitlin are amazing ! I could not have asked for a better wedding! From planning to coordinating they are a bride’s dream team. The food and atmosphere at Wahoo! are so magical that my guests didn’t want the night to end. If you want a perfect day Wahoo! grill is the place to make it happen.
