About this venue
A historic venue in the heart of Downtown Decatur. Graceful archways, high arched wood beam ceilings and hardwood floors throughout. Built in 1895 and lovingly restored in 2021, the Chapel on Sycamore is a stunning venue.

Off-peak pricing $2,500
Time block of 6 hours // Set up and breakdown time is included. When an event requires hours beyond the time block, additional hours will be added to the final payment due at $400 per hour. Refundable security cost: $1000
Monday thru Thursday (After 3pm)
Off-peak pricing $3,500
Time Block of 8 Hours // Set Up and Breakdown Time Is Included. When an Event Requires Hours Beyond the Time Block, Additional Hours Will Be Added to the Final Payment Due at $400 Per Hour. Refundable Security Cost: $1000
Friday and Sunday
Off-peak pricing $5,000

Wonderful Wedding!
We thoroughly enjoyed working with Lisa and her team. They were very flexible with our vision and communicative. Our wedding at the chapel was a dream.

Venue love from a local Wedding Planner!
The Chapel on Sycamore was a wonderful space to host a Spring wedding - Lisa & David were great to work with and the space itself is floor-to-ceiling gorgeous. Guests & vendors alike were constantly commenting on the unique architecture. My favorite place on site was the black & white tile foyer - really fun for pictures. I will definitely recommend future clients to check out this venue! Wishing them all the best in the wedding industry!!
Beautiful space and great to work with!
We loved having both our ceremony and reception at this historic stone church. We loved the stained glass windows, high ceilings, and large enough space for our 200 person wedding. The team is very easy to work with, quick to respond, and creative helpers on the wedding day! Bonus that it's affordable. Highly recommend!
