Q: Is there a delivery fee?

Yes, we charge a $1/mile (roundtrip) fee for delivery or set up from 92008. If choosing the bougie/tiered grazing table, a return trip will be charged too for pick up (or you can drop off in 92008)

Q: Do you have a minimum for weddings?

Yes, our event minimum is $850 for a 25 person grazing table.

Q: Do you offer tastings?

No, I do not offer tasting for the grazing tables. However, I am more than happy to take requests for favorite cheeses (or east favorite).

Q: How many times do we meet before the wedding?

A meet up is not required prior to the grazing table. However, pictures of the location and and surrounding area (are there stairs) is helpful.

Q: Do you offer help with rentals?

Yes, I do have a 6' and 8' table with white tablecloth for rent. There is a $75 rental fee (travel fee for pick up not included).

Q: How far out do you recommend booking your services?

We are limited in how many grazing tables we can do in one day. It is recommended to reserve your date 3-6 months in advance. If available, we can make grazing tables in one weeks notice.

Q: What is your service area?

We serve all of San Diego County and part of Orange County as well.

Q: Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Absolutely! We can include a vegetarian/vegan section, have vegan cheeses, gluten free options and hallah.

Q: How long is set up?

I will arrive 2.5 hours before the grazing table is to begin and leave 30 min prior.

Q: How long is the table good for?

The grazing table is good for 4hrs at room temperature, in a shaded environment. If under direct sun, the grazing table is good for 2hrs.

I pride myself on making your graze boards and tables a true work of art. It's not just putting cheese, meat and dips on the board with a couple flowers stuck in but arranging them in a way brings the table to life with vibrant colors, textures and heights. I buy organic ingredients (when budget allows), personalize with something homemade, and mirror the theme and color of your wedding (be it from flowers, props or mementos). My goal is to have your guests talking about how creative your wedding was and how delicious the food tasted.

Absolutely Beautiful Grazing Table
ilona was very easy to work with, responsive, and professional. Her grazing table was gorgeous to look at, and very delicious, it was the highlight of our cocktail hour, our guests devoured it! We actually still have people giving us compliments about it. This was a last minute addition to our wedding, we weren't sure if we should do it, because it put us over our budget. I have no regrets in hiring ilona, and would do so again in a heartbeat.

Incredible!!!!!!
WOW is all I have to say!!!! Ilona created a grazing table for our wedding welcome party. It was INSANE - the most beautiful spread I've ever seen, and everything was SO fresh and delicious!!! Everyone was raving about it all weekend. She even stayed for a few hours of the party to replenish and keep the spread looking nice and fresh, which was so appreciated! She is very kind and gracious!
