About Charby & Co
Jacob Charbonneau
I represent one half of Charby & Co. With my wife, Jasmine(Head of Photography) we document your day as it unfolds-seamlessly blending documentary storytelling with a touch of modern luxury providing both photography and cinematography services. Jasmine has been capturing the raw emotion of wedding days and their love stories for over 8 years as a photographer. We met in 2020 while I was a visual storyteller working in television. After I had won my second Emmy in TV, I quit that job and we started Charby & Co in 2023 to capture weddings full-time.
With a passion for timeless imagery and a keen eye for narrative artistry, we specialize in crafting cinematic, editorial, and deeply personal love stories. Our number one priority is telling your story in a way that feels beautiful and true to you. How much would we love to see how our grandma and grandpa danced on their wedding day? Or how they cried exchanging vows just at the beginning of their 65 year long journey together. The camcorder brings an approachable nostalgia, capturing a different candid side to your wedding weekend while our DSLR cinematic cameras bring your wedding to life in movie-quality picture. You don't only get to see 15 minutes of your 10 hour coverage. All of the good moments and footage of the day is color graded and delivered for you to keep forever.
