Marabate Studios is a boutique wedding and event videography company that specializes in capturing your most precious memories and making them last a lifetime. We offer a variety of packages, competitive pricing, and friendly professional service. I have been in the wedding and event videography industry for over ten years and have a passion for working with each couple to make sure their dream video, whether small and intimate or big and grand, comes true. With me you will get a reliable, easy-going, and creative filmmaker who will listen to your needs and make sure your video service is completely stress-free, from beginning to end.

What separates me from my competitors is my passion for the work and a guarantee to deliver a final product that exceeds client's expectations. One of the most important steps I take, that a lot of Videographers ignore, is having a pre-event consultation. Whether at a coffee shop or over the phone it is an opportunity for us to get to know each other so that the video service can truly be personalized. I believe each wedding video is unique because each couple has different defining characteristics of their relationship that show through at the wedding and my goal is to capture that every time.

Marabate Studios offers a wide variety packages with different price points for every budget. If, after reviewing our most common packages, you do not find a match for your needs we can always create a custom package.
Our typical process at Marabate Studios, when working with a new client, is to learn more details about their video needs through an initial e-mail or phone call. Our goal is to get to know our clients well enough that when the day arrives, and we provide our video service, they feel confident in their choice of Marabate Studios.
The best advice Marabate Studios can provide a customer looking to hire a provider of video services, such as ourselves, is to get to know the Videographer/Video Company. Providing quality video service is compromised of 3 important elements: Technical Knowledge, Creativity, and, most importantly, Inter-Personal Skills. Often you can find the first 2 elements but the 3rd is equally important.
We never focus on one particular style. Our goal is to capture people being able to be themselves, thus the style reflects the event rather than our personal preferences. We will utilize the best framing, lighting, camera movement and lens that will help tell your story the way it should be told. We try to balance what occurs naturally with what may look better with a little bit of guidance.
We recommend starting at least an hour before the event and stopping roughly 60-90 minutes before the reception ends. Capturing the getting ready before an event can be one of the most emotional parts of the day because of the personal interactions with your closest family and friends. At a reception, once the main events have ended, we only need 30-45 minutes of general dancing.
Absolutely. Events such as weddings often require flexibility on the part of a vendor and we are happy to accommodate any time changes you require. We are there for you throughout the entire day so whether you need us to start earlier, end later, or both we can make that adjustment. Please also know that we never double book, so "your" event is our only event that day.
It depends on the specifics of your video service package, however, all couples receive a Flash Drive of their wedding video(s) as well as the full ceremony and all raw footage.
Shortly after your wedding you will be asked to provide a list of music suggestions. A list of 5-7 song preferences with an emphasis on variety. Some slow, some more upbeat. Of course, if you prefer to have our seasoned and creative editors pick out music on your behalf that is also fine.
It is largely based on the type of package you order and the length of the event. In general, the turnaround time is 2-3 months. Our goal is always to be as quick as possible without sacrificing the quality of the work.
Yes, Marabate Studios is fully insured and can always provide proof of insurance.
Absolutely. We have traveled the world to assist couples with capturing their perfect wedding day. We would just need to have a quick phone call to discuss details and then a customized quote could be provided.
Our standard packages just include one videographer. If you’re having a larger event with 100 or more guests, we recommend booking an additional videographer to ensure we’re able to capture every moment of your special day. With an additional videographer we can not only get the main action (Bride walking down the aisle) but also the reaction (Groom seeing Bride walk down the aisle).
Absolutely. Reach out anytime to ask about our special pricing for what we call micro-weddings! Please note your event must have fewer than 10 total guests.
Once you know your date, or possible dates, we recommend reaching out to check our availability. Although we can handle multiple events on a single date, as Marabate Studios is compromised of a team of top-notch videographers, our calendar does book up quickly.
If it is a "California rain", meaning very light, we come prepared but, unfortunately, we cannot film outdoors in a heavy rain or other inclement weather conditions like snow and hail.
All footage we film is edited in-house by our incredible editing team.
No, we’ll send a private online link to share your final wedding video with you. Only people with that link will be able to see your video. With your permission Marabate Studios may ask to use your final wedding film for demo purposes.
