We open our calendars 18 months in advance.
No, they are not but strongly encouraged! Trials are a great opportunity for the artist to get to understand what truly works best for you as the client! Having that time to talk through your vision, then wear your hair and makeup will set you up for a successful, stress free wedding morning.
It is determined by the artist’s home location to the “getting ready” address provided by the bride. The first 30 miles round trip is complimentary and anything after that is .75 per mile.
Yes, you are able to make changes. Although, you will need to be sure you still meet the artist minimum for the artists you have reserved. If adding more services, we will need to confirm availability before adding them to the timeline and invoice.
Yes, you can request certain artists! It is a first come first serve basis. If the artist is already booked as a lead on another wedding they will not be available.
About 6 weeks prior to your wedding we will send you a “wedding worksheet.” Once this is completed, we will put together a finalized timeline for you.
Yes! You can have an artist stay for an hourly rate or an artist can come back later that day for! (pending artist approval) - prices vary.

    Hire them!!!!

    Lady Vamp Artistry made getting ready for our wedding day stress-free and fun. From our first conversation, they were quick to respond to questions and genuinely cared about bringing our vision to life. My hair and makeup looked stunning and held up perfectly through the outdoor June heat and hours of dancing without needing a single touch-up. They listened to what we wanted and adapted when we asked for changes, showing they really understood how to make us feel confident.     The LVA team was absolutely incredible for my wedding! We had 16 gals on the schedule for many services and LVA did not miss a beat. I so appreciated their process for scheduling and managing to my day of timeline! We were early for all services and everyone loved their hair and makeup! I would use these team again and again!

    Absolutely Beautiful

    Lady Vamp Artistry was absolutely incredible. Professional, punctual, fairly priced, and above all - wonderful people. Everyone my wedding party and I worked with (whether over email, hair, or makeup), were kind and did a wonderful job. I would absolutely recommend working with them!

    Best Choice I Could Have Made!

    I was SO nervous to pick a hair & makeup team for my wedding since I was planning from out-of-state and had no local recommendations. I am so, so lucky and glad that I chose Lady Vamp Artistry for both hair & makeup services. They did such a great job getting everyone ready, and were able to work in a small space with an extremely large bridal party. Pricing was reasonable, and everything photographed/stayed really well all day, even on a crazy, windy day. After the entire wedding was over, guests raved about the food, and the hair & makeup team! A few people even asked me for their contact info so that they could use them for their own upcoming wedding. You won't regret choosing Lady Vamp.
