MAKEUP ARTIST ONLY Hello! My name is Ashley. I am a professional Minneapolis makeup artist with over eight years of experience. I worked for MAC cosmetics for almost 4 years and that is where I grew as a professional makeup artist. After working for MAC, soaking up all the trainings, learning from the best of the best and doing makeup on many clients, I knew I had what it took to venture off and start my own business. So, I did it afraid: In 2018 I started my own freelance makeup business-Ashley Larae MUA LLC. I couldn’t have done it without my faith in God.
My mission is to make you feel beautiful from the inside out, to enhance the beauty that you already have and to give you a confidence that turns heads as soon as you walk into any room. I can’t wait to connect with you!

Trave for assistant is not included. $1 per mile roundtrip. There needs to be an assistant if there is 6 or more including bride (max number with assistant is 10 including bride). The max number of clients I can accommodate on my own is 5.

Ashley is an absolute G!! From the moment we first met, it felt like I was hanging out with a super fun friend who also happens to be an insanely talented makeup artist. We laughed the entire trial, and I left feeling like a literal supermodel. On wedding morning, I was battling some serious stomach issues, and Ashley was just the sweetest, most understanding human ever. She was professional, calm, and so kind.. she handled everything with zero stress and made me feel totally taken care of. On top of all that, she made me feel and look amazing.. my makeup stayed flawless all day (exactly how I hoped!!) and I got so many compliments!! Like I said, Ashley is a total boss, and you can trust her completely. She’s not just talented.. she’s fun, kind, and someone you instantly want to hang out with. If you’re looking for a makeup artist who’s hilarious, talented, and just an all-around incredible human, Ashley is your person. I cannot recommend her enough!!!:)

I cannot say enough good things about Ashley. ELITE level talent paired with fantastic communication and hospitality. She immediately made me feel comfortable and she was SO fun to talk to! I can’t gush about her artistry enough, I have never felt more beautiful and the makeup photographed phenomenally and lasted all night long. If you are looking for makeup for an important event then Ashley is 100% the right choice.
