Best freaking gluten-free cake we've ever had!
My husband has celiac disease, as well as several other guests in attendance for our wedding, so we opted to do a fully gluten-free dessert spread for our wedding, which meant our hunt for a dessert/cake vendor would require accommodations to prevent cross-contamination and use only GF ingredients. Ava was very responsive to all communication and very accommodating for our allergy needs! My only regret was that I didn't buy more because our entire dessert spread FLEW off the shelf; it was all so delicious!! We had many comments about how delicious it was from guests who enjoyed the desserts, and we will DEFINITELY be ordering from her again for future special events or holidays! I am very thankful I told my venue to save us a chunk of cake for our own leftovers prior to serving cake because that GF red velvet cake tasted better than any other regular cake I've had in my lifetime. 12/10 stars. She knocked it out of the park, and I would recommend you order more than you think you should because it will all get devoured.

BEST CAKE IVE EVER HAD
We had an incredible experience working with Let Them Eat Cakes from our bridal shower all the way through our wedding day. Since my wife and I both have food allergies, we needed everything to be gluten, egg, and nut free, and they nailed it without anyone even noticing the difference. The cake looked stunning and tasted incredible—I only had two bites but it was the best cake I've ever had, and guests told us it was the best carrot cake they'd ever tasted. Their other desserts were a huge hit too, and the dessert table was completely empty by the end of the night. Communication was smooth from start to finish with zero issues, and the whole team made us feel taken care of. We can't recommend Let Them Eat Cakes enough to couples looking for a dessert vendor who truly delivers.
