We blend documentary storytelling with cinematic detail, giving couples both the candid in-between moments and the beautifully crafted visuals they dream of.     Recommended for your next event!

    We had an amazing experience working with Golden Thread for our wedding. We had a gap between our civil and symbolic ceremony, (our wedding wasn't structured like typical ones) but Matt and his partner were very flexible. They allowed us to feel comfortable when taking photos and helped guide us with poses as my now husband and I are NOT great picture takers lol. Thank you so much!!! We absolutely love our wedding photos.

    Fairytale wedding

    Matt and his team were hands down the best pick I could’ve made for my special day. He communicated with me the whole day and leading up to our wedding. He was transparent the whole time and was open to my crazy ideas. I couldn’t me more happy with the way our photos and video turned out.

    On May 8, 2026, I had the best wedding a girl could ask for! Stefan was so amazing and so fun to work with! He truly made this such a special day. Any pictures that I had in mind, he made work. He traveled to the hotel while the men got ready and then came to the venue while the ladies got ready. He captured every special moment and made this day one that I will never forget! My turnaround time varies by season. Typically, you’ll be able to view your photos online about 2-4 weeks after your wedding. Within this time, you can also expect to receive a Google drive folder with high-resolution image files, so you can share the photos with your loved ones and order prints through our online gallery.
We are a team of four professionals, able to back eachother up in case of sickness or injury prior to the wedding date. The full team is never booked on a single day to make sure there is always some available to cover.
Yes! We are a team of four offering photo & video with our largest packages included 2 photographers & 2 videographers on your wedding day.
You can expect about 80 to 100 images per hour of photographing. But keep in mind this estimate varies depending on your wedding package, number of guests, venue type, and other factors.
I do! Just let me know if your venue requires a certificate of liability, and I’ll send that over to them.
Definitely. All final images will be edited for color, saturation, exposure, and sharpness to ensure they look beautiful. I also offer retouching services like blemish removal and teeth whitening for an additional charge.
Typically, couples book me about 12-18 months before their wedding date. I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible about my availability, even if you’re planning on a shorter time frame.
