About this venue
At Celebrate we want our couples to have a completely memorable day that is uniquely their own. Snug Harbor’s 86+ acres of manicures gardens and lush landscaping are the perfect setting for outdoor ceremonies and entertaining al fresco. The property features a large tented pavilion, grand ballroom and lower great hall for more intimate gatherings. The Tuscan garden is modeled after the Villa Gamberia in Florence, Italy. The Tuscan Garden features landscaped terraces, formal water elements and topiaries period plantings. The Chinese Scholar Garden is one only two authentic Chinese Scholar Gardens in the United States. The garden features magnificent rockery bamboo foot path, waterfalls & Koi-pond.

The Upper Great Hall
One of New York City’s most unique wedding venues.
The Great Hall boasts 40 foot ceilings ensconced by Palladian windows, authentic woodwork, two fireplaces and twelve cozy ewes that line the length of the massive hall giving it elegant old world charm ambiance. By adding inventive lighting, the room can be transformed to accommodate more modern tastes. Weddings celebrated in the Great Hall have the option of hosting their ceremony at the beautiful Tuscan Garden on Sung Harbor’s scenic grounds.

The Tented Pavilion
A pristine outdoor wedding space
The renovated Tented Pavilion is based at the edge of the breathtaking Chinese Scholars Garden. It is a pristine outdoor space with indoor comforts including restrooms and a beautiful stone floor. Perfect for corporate functions, birthday parties, showers and more, the tented pavilion serves the same great catering as the Grand Ballroom in a unique outdoor setting.

Celebrate at Snug Harbor continues to be one of my favorite venues to work with. Every detail is handled with care, and having Kenzie as the main point of contact makes all the difference. She's the captain of the ship, keeping things running smoothly while creating space for vendors to do their best work. I recently DJ’d the BNI Prefer to Refer holiday party there, and like every event I've done at Snug, it was executed beautifully from start to finish. The communication is seamless, the team is organized and respectful of every role, and the guest experience is always a priority. I look forward to every opportunity to work with Kenzie and the entire Snug Harbor crew.

BNI PREFER TO REFER recently attended our Holiday party at "CELEBRATE AT SNUG HARBOR" . The event planner was Kenzie Culver. The experience was excellent. The event was well organized, the staff was professional and attentive, and the atmosphere was welcoming. The food was also amazing. Everything ran smoothly from start to finish, and our team truly enjoyed the evening. I had my wedding on 9/26/25 and the venue looked so beautiful! Even better than when I toured it back in November. Carmela and Mona were so helpful and accommodating during the planning process. There were so many last minute changes and hiccups like transportation vendors falling through, but Carmela was able to help me book last minute transportation that was even bigger than I was expecting! Everything went so much better than I imagined and all the guests were so impressed with the venue and food! Evette (I hope I’m spelling her name right) was my bridal attendant the day of. She was fantastic, made sure I was no longer on my phone, helped with transportation throughout the venue and kept me calm during the ceremony. I can’t thank them enough for making this day so special!
