Welcome to Rosie's! Nicole is a professional Chef and native New Yorker with over 15 years of experience in Mediterranean cuisine, food styling, and teaching. She has worked at Glenmere Mansion (Relais & Chateau), Morimoto, Fusco, Vinegar Hill House in Brooklyn, and Trattoria al Pirata in Ferrara, Italy.

She is the published author of “Handmade Pasta: Workshop & Cookbook” and her work has been featured in many top publications as well as the Food Network. Allow us to handle every aspect of your event, from rentals to bartenders and service staff. We will create a perfect, custom menu for you and your guests!
