We are a veteran/family owned catering bussiness! Catering services for your special day, and many other events! We are an off site catering company, as long as your venue allows you to bring your own caterer we will be there! We offer many different styles from plated meals buffet, family style, and the most unique is our Brazilian style! We accommodate any food allergy or restriction
We opened the bussiness to be able to give customers fine dining on the go at an affordable price. We will treat your event as if it was our own from start to finish! "NO" or "I CANT" is not in our vocabulary. If you request something we do not offer or not on the menu I will figure out how to do it.

Perfect Team, Perfect Food
Charlotte's Hospitality was an unbelievable hire. Nick was a swift and clear communicator throughout the planning phase. He helped us problem solve and would proactively reach out to us to ensure that things were on track. On the day of our wedding, a power outage took place right in the middle of his teams' prep time. Luckily, they were unphased and went on to serve the best meal that my wife or I have ever had at a wedding. The perfectly cooked steaks, tender and delicious salmon, creamy and smoky mac 'n' cheese were all highlights but truly every dish was delectable. We cannot recommend the team any higher. They changed our view of what wedding food could be. Oh yeah, they also drove 3.5 hours to and from our venue! We're unbelievably happy with their services-- book them today!
