I believe every milestone big or small is worth celebrating. From once-in-a-lifetime weddings to meaningful moments in between, I love helping people honor their achievements, stories, and seasons of life in a way that feels intentional and joyful. As a former educator, I bring structure, creativity, and calm to the planning process, helping clients turn overwhelm into clarity and ideas into unforgettable experiences. What started as a passion became Party Vault, a business rooted in helping clients be fully present and truly celebrate the moments that matter.

This party planner (Vanessa) is great. She makes it easy and provides a clear timeline. This sets expectations beforehand which helps to keep, everyone involved, on track. Provides clear point of contact for day of events along with any parking passes that might be needed. :) A++++++

Vanessa is creative, kind, energetic, and just all around amazing! Planning a wedding in a city where you're not is so tricky, and Vanessa made it a better experience than I could have imagined. My son loved the rehearsal dinner so much he said he wished they'd known about her for the wedding and reception! I wish they had, too, because she is a joy and a delight to work with!
