The best coordinator we could ask for
Bella was truly one of the best investments we made for our wedding. From the beginning, she made us feel supported, organized and genuinely cared about. For our first meeting she even brought us a congratulatory bottle of champagne which was so thoughtful. We felt overwhelmed and didn’t know where to start with planning, but from the go she made the entire process feel manageable and way less stressful. Leading up to the wedding she kept in touch, she was always responsive and willing to be there for us if we needed anything which brought us so much comfort. We really appreciated her communication. When it came to the rehearsal day, she kept us all on track (we were like herding cats probably lol) and led a solid run through of everything so we all felt confident and ready to go the next day. Then on our wedding day, her and her team were absolutely incredible. They handled every little detail behind the scenes, kept everything on schedule and made sure we could actually relax and enjoy the day with our loved ones. If anything went wrong, I had no idea because they kept everything so organized! She also made sure we ate and made sure to bring us our special champagne glasses my aunt gifted us. Aside from being an amazing coordinator, Bella and her team are just wonderful people. Super kind, genuine, professional and great at what they do and making sure your experience is exactly as you dreamed of. Our friends and family were so happy to meet them as well and grateful for all they did for the special day. We couldn’t have imagined our wedding without her, and we’re endlessly grateful for everything she and her team did to make it unforgettable. If you’re looking for a wedding coordinator, she is your girl! We recommend her to absolutely anyone in a heartbeat. Thank you Bella, for helping make the best day of our lives so perfect!
