    Kelly was phenomenal!!

    Kelly was the perfect day of coordinator for our wedding. Prior to our big day, she met with us multiple times to go over all of the details to make sure everything was in line with what we were looking for. She always kept an open line of communication with us and made sure we were taken care of all throughout the weekend. She is professional, punctual, and organized to say the least! It was such a great feeling to have someone like Kelly by our side throughout the entire wedding. Thank you, Kelly, for making our special day possible. 5/5 stars!

    Disappointed in coordination

    I’m aware that With Love Kelly Events has received numerous five-star reviews and may respond to counter these concerns. However, neither those reviews nor a response changes the experience my brother and sister had on their wedding day. While some logistics were handled well, the ceremony and the start of the reception fell short in coordination, attention to detail, and proactive oversight. The first three rows on both sides were supposed to be reserved for the wedding party and immediate family, but no signage identified the reserved seating, and the coordination team was not positioned to direct guests. During the procession, the matron of honor had to leave the altar to ask guests to vacate seats and make room for the wedding party and family before the bride’s entrance. Multiple guests also reported that the team failed to verify the setup before the procession began. Despite a separate photo and video company being hired, Kelly was overly focused on capturing her own photos and videos rather than effectively being in position and utilizing her team to oversee the event to prevent avoidable issues. The reception was delayed by 30 minutes due to a lack of guest direction and seating instructions. Guests were never instructed to sit by Kelly and team, ultimately requiring the hired host to go outside and direct them instead. This transition should have been anticipated and managed by the coordination team. Throughout the planning process, Kelly also repeatedly pushed her personal opinions, particularly regarding the reception seating layout and other decisions, even when the couple had communicated their preferences. Having professional input is valuable, but the couple’s wishes and agreed upon plans should be respected, especially the day before their wedding. Ultimately, these were preventable issues involving responsibilities and arrangements discussed in advance. The lack of coordination and attention to detail detracted from my brother and sister’s wedding day experience. I hope her company takes this feedback constructively and improves its communication, execution, and service for future couples.

    Kelly & The Lees

    Kelly was our day of coordinator for our wedding. I’m so grateful for her and her team for helping our dreams become a reality. I especially appreciated when she informed me of concerns; she was so calm and positive about everything. Our guests continue to tell us they had a wonderful time and the space was beautiful. Yes, we may have gotten the supplies, but Kelly and her team did the work! If you book with Kelly, your event is bound to be a success!

    AMAZING CONTENT CREATOR!

    Kelly came in ready and hype! We cannot express enough good things about her- she was punctual, prepared and most important interacted and emerged into the whole experience with us. Super thankful that she was able to capture important moments for us. I would recommend her over and over again! We didn't have to worry about anything and she kept us on time and took initiative. Thank you again Kelly!

In order to reserve your date in my calendar, I ask for retainer fee of $200 which is due at contract signing. If you are in between packages and know for sure you would like to use me for my services, you can always send over my retainer fee amount first to reserve your date and then decide your package further down the line.
Yes I do have that service to offer to my couples and I do assist a lot of weddings that are diy and require set up.
I will gladly accept apple pay, venmo, & zelle at the time
yes of course I do, I know how much wedding expenses can add up quickly. I do only require my retainer amount to be sent due at signing of contract from there I allow you to split up your payments how ever you like as long as full payment is made 14 days before your wedding day
Yes of course I do you can always add these on to any of my packages when bundled together there would be a bigger discount given as I am a budget friendly vendor
