    All food and beverages consumed during your event applies towards your minimum. If this minimum is not met, the remainder is considered a room charge and applied to your final bill. Keep in mind that the minimum varies on the day of the week, space requested, and group size. This does not include the 5% event management fee, 20% gratuity, and sales tax.
    Your event is confirmed once you have signed the electronic agreement and remitted the initial deposit payment. You will have three business days after the agreement is sent to confirm your event. Beyond that time, we reserve the right to release the space.
    Please submit your food and beverage selections to your event representative no fewer than 14 days prior to your event. This helps ensure product is ordered and delivered on time. Changes to your menu within this time frame require chef approval.
    Please share your final guest count three business days prior to your event. If your guests are not able to confirm their attendance in time, we will work off the original guest count included in the agreement. If applicable, you will be charged for your final guarantee or attendance, whichever is greater.
    In the unfortunate scenario you have to cancel your event, we will do our best to reschedule for a later date. If the event cannot be rescheduled, you will be responsible for the cancellation fees outlined in your agreement.
    If you are more than 30 minutes late without notice, we have the right to release the space and apply a cancellation fee.
    We love when guests personalize their events with special touches. Centerpieces, glass-enclosed candles, balloons attached to weights, and table runners are all lovely ways to customize the space. However, we do not allow decor that will linger after your event ends: feathers, confetti, adhesives, loose balloons, and glitter.
    Is there a cake cutting fee? Yes, we do allow outside desserts. There is a charge of $3/person as a cake cutting/outside pastry fee for any dessert that is served onsite. If your treats are packaged as a takeaway gift, you will not be charged a fee.
    In order to secure your event reservation, we do require a credit card on file for deposits or cancellations. Rest assured, your credit card information is securely encrypted within our system and is not visible to anyone, including employees.
    Your final payment is due 3 business days prior to your event along with your final guarantee. Any remaining balance will be charged after the event and a detailed invoice will be emailed to you.
