Refined Events is a full-service experiential event planning & design company in Dallas where we create immersive experiences for any event in your life. These are the occasions that you desire to enrich through creative designs and unforgettable experiences for you and your guests. As we walk the journey of life, we experience events that become imprinted on our timelines and enhance one's personal story. With our presence as your designers & planners, you can be fully present to cultivate these exquisite memories.

Many planners are either incredibly gifted with being detail oriented or a creative event designer. Refined Events is the best of both worlds. We provide the perfect balance of being detail-oriented while curating amazing designs. We excel at giving guidance to clients, explaining the ins-and-outs of every aspect of their wedding to achieve their vision on their budget and timeline. Having a planner on your team whether as your event manager or full planner & designer, you will feel supported and at peace. We create solutions for the events in your life where you would like to be present while also refining your experience.

Description

For those who would like to stay present with one another in the entire planning process. From the engagement to the wedding, we work with you creating every detail & design of your day. We use our expertise in the wedding industry to guide you in choosing the vendor team who will most align with you & your story. Through this curated team, we all become team players during the planning process & on wedding day to create a seamless event.

For the couple who needs more guidance than the wedding management, we create a customized package for each client where we work together to book & manage vendors. This package will also have a set number of meetings based upon the planning timeline.

Designed for those who enjoy the planning process yet value knowing a professional is executing all the details on the wedding day, enabling them to be fully present for the wedding. We set you up for success from the beginning with one meeting & create a custom vendor list & timeline. You then take the lead with planning & six weeks prior to the day, we begin working with you to finalize logistics to implement your vision.

    Deena was so great to work with and made the entire process seamless. She was always available for questions and answered them happily. Not only did Deena well exceed our expectations during the planning process, but she managed the wedding day so well and made it completely stress free. Throughout the wedding planning process, Deena also became a friend of ours. I highly recommend Deena to anyone needing event planning help as she will well exceed your expectations!

    Deena stepped in at a time when we were overwhelmed and drowning with wedding planning. We needed help getting organized and putting everything in order and she scooped it all up and made everything make sense. On our wedding day, she made sure everything was taken care of for us. Down to even minimizing family drama. I, the bride, remember a moment shortly after the ceremony. The reception had started, the sun was setting over the lake, and the fireflies even came to play. I remember looking around and thinking that this was the most beautiful wedding I had ever been to and it so happened to be mine. Never in a million years did I think I would have a wedding that beautiful! And that is all thanks to Deena! She put all of my ideas and the stuff I had gathered over months and months and created a wedding so beautiful it literally brought tears to my eyes. And still does to this day. Thank you Deena! We would have never had a wedding like that without you.

    You haven’t already reached out to Deena for your wedding planning needs? Well, you need to click that contact button and get the ball rolling because you will not be disappointed! Deena was an absolute rockstar of a wedding planner and I literally don’t know how I would have gotten through it without her. From helping us set up our goals and what to work on next, from finding us the dream team of vendors to work with, and assisting with communication every step of the way, I seriously don’t think there is anything that she is incapable of doing! If we ever had a stressful moment she was always there to reassure us and make us feel like everything was going smoothly. Heck, she even drove to a bakery to pick up our donuts for the wedding day so that we didn’t have to worry about getting someone to deliver them last minute. Aside from being an incredible addition to our wedding dream team, Deena also became a friend and a part of the family along the way.     She made the wedding happen for my wife and I! The day we first met with her, my wife and I were scrambling with our wedding and did not know how to execute any of our ideas. She fed us ways to execute how we wanted the wedding to be, but also gave us incredibly helpful ideas on how to improve it. In our wedding day, we did not have to worry about anything. Deena had everything taken care of. She’s trustworthy, direct, kind, empathetic with the bride and groom, driven, and very dependable. I am grateful for her and Refined Events!
