We Loved the Coordinated Collective
Working with Ja'el and The Coordinated Collective was a truly wonderful experience from start to finish. Their communication was professional, kind, efficient and effective throughout the entire planning process. As problem solvers, they ensured everything went smoothly on our wedding day. When we encountered issues with a hotel event staff member, they stepped in and handled it quickly and discreetly, making sure we had everything we needed. The Coordinated Collective's expertise and attention to detail were invaluable, and they played a crucial role in making our special day perfect. We are so grateful for their incredible service and would highly recommend them to any couple planning their wedding.
Spectacular Service
After having finished our wedding, we could not imagine how it would have went without the Coordinated Collective. It went amazing. The whole day was planned spectacularly, and we knew we did not have to worry about anything the day of (and we didn't!) We were able to be present the whole day, and also did not have to worry about giving any of our family or friends any responsibilities—they too were able to be present the whole day with us. We highly recommend )

The coordinated collective did an absolutely incredible job supporting us in planning and executing our dream wedding. Ja'el in particular is a special, wonderful human being, and her team is great. Having a team of support also made us feel wholly confident everything was under control with contingencies in the event adjustments needed to be made. The Coordinated Collective was worth every penny, they made wedding planning so much easier and made sure our big day ran so smoothly! Our coordinator Abigail was amazing!! She helped us stay on track with planning and was amazing at helping to coordinate all of our vendors. She made sure our entire wedding day ran seamlessly, including implementing our rain plan so well that some guests did not even know that our wedding was supposed to be outside in the first place. We could not recommend them enough!
