The best decision we made while wedding planning!
If I could give 100/5 stars, I would! Ja'el and her team were an absolutely essential part of our wedding planning. I truly do not know how we could have pulled this off without them! As a bride, I was extremely nervous about planning a large wedding, having never done so before. My husband and I decided to look into coordination services, to make sure we could have all our bases covered and that we could actually enjoy our wedding day. Ja'el provided all that and so much more. She helped us navigate the planning process and steered us clear of potential issues while respecting and supporting our vision. She kept us organized and on track in the lead up to our wedding. On the day of, she solved issues calmly, tactfully, and effectively, allowing my husband and I to be present and enjoy each moment. The Coordinated Collective was great, and we’d recommend working with them to any couples who are looking for a day-of planner. We couldn’t have pulled off the wedding without their expertise and hard work. From the start, their materials were helpful with finding vendors they had worked with before. And our day-of planner, Katie, was just the best. She took the time to meet with us beforehand and make sure that we had our schedule and timeline all sorted out well in advance of the wedding. After that, she was absolutely incredible on the day of. Katie took care of all the details and timelines throughout the wedding day, and because she made sure everyone was where they needed go, we could focus on enjoying ourselves because we knew we were in such good hands. She was cool under pressure when curveballs came up (as they do on every wedding day in some form or another) and it was clear she had coordinated plenty of weddings and had clearly seen it all before. It was so wonderful working with the Coordinated Collective and Katie because they made our wedding day as stress-free and smooth of an experience as possible so that we could spend as much time as possible celebrating with our guests.
