Life Saver
Hiring The Coordinated Collective for wedding coordinator services was one of the best decisions I could have made during my wedding process. My only regret is that I did not find them sooner. I reached out about 2 months before my wedding due to being ghosted by my previous coordinator. Ja’el, the owner, followed up with me and walked me through her process. Her organization and prior experience with my venue made it a no brainer to hire The Coordinated Collective. A week before my wedding, the Sales Coordinator with the venue resigned, and the venue would not return any of our emails. Ja’el handled the situation like a pro and used her expertise to find the right people at my venue to contact. My wedding weekend went off without a hitch, to my knowledge, due to Ja’el and her team handling everything behind the scenes which allowed for me, my groom, my family, and guests to have a seamless experience. I’m still getting compliments at how well run and on time everything went. We truly felt like partners throughout the entire process, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend The Coordinated Collective.

Spectacular Service
After having finished our wedding, we could not imagine how it would have went without the Coordinated Collective. It went amazing. The whole day was planned spectacularly, and we knew we did not have to worry about anything the day of (and we didn't!) We were able to be present the whole day, and also did not have to worry about giving any of our family or friends any responsibilities—they too were able to be present the whole day with us. Incredible Coordinators
