We had originally hired a different planner. After having trouble getting that planner to timely respond to our questions, we hired the Coordinated Collective as a replacement. They picked up the process seamlessly. Ja’el was very knowledgeable and helpful with the final planning. Meredith was the day of coordinator and was amazing! She ran the run through which made us very comfortable that all our vendors knew what to do. After the run through, she took over communications with the vendors. The day went so smoothly - we didn’t have to worry about a single thing! My only regret is not hiring the coordinated collective at the very beginning!

Exceptional Experience with TCC
Chrishaun and her team were integral to the day going as well as it did. The amount of effort and care she put into everything leading up to our big day as well as her attentiveness, preparation and attention to detail were a huge part of why our wedding was a huge success. We are still getting texts and calls from friends and family about how amazing they were. TCC also has a content creator that captured all of the in-between moments beautifully - highly recommended. I couldn’t imagine not working with TCC; way less stress and anxiety.

Hiring The Coordinated Collective for wedding coordinator services was one of the best decisions I could have made during my wedding process. My only regret is that I did not find them sooner. I reached out about 2 months before my wedding due to being ghosted by my previous coordinator. Ja’el, the owner, followed up with me and walked me through her process. Her organization and prior experience with my venue made it a no brainer to hire The Coordinated Collective. A week before my wedding, the Sales Coordinator with the venue resigned, and the venue would not return any of our emails. Ja’el handled the situation like a pro and used her expertise to find the right people at my venue to contact. My wedding weekend went off without a hitch, to my knowledge, due to Ja’el and her team handling everything behind the scenes which allowed for me, my groom, my family, and guests to have a seamless experience. I’m still getting compliments at how well run and on time everything went. We truly felt like partners throughout the entire process, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend The Coordinated Collective.
