DMV Weddings and Events specializes in wedding and event planning in the DC Maryland and Virginia area. I work hard for each of my clients, helping them plan and host their upcoming event free of stress and with confidence. Whether planning a magnificent Wedding, an entertaining Corporate Event, or a get together or party that you want to be fabulous and run without a hitch get in touch to learn more about my services.
I am incredibly hard working and have a background in psychology and counseling so I am uniquely adept at handling difficult situations and keeping people calm. I am also 6'3 and can really handle anything that is thrown at me!

| Description | I customize to exactly what you need but all of my planning packages include day of coordinating. Full planning is the most hands on experience that I offer! I will help with pretty much every aspect of the planning and coordinating process! | Partial planning is my most popular package. It is a custom planning experience that I also like to call "Hand Holding" it is an unlimited communication situation from contract sign where I walk with you throughout the entire wedding planning experience! Day of coordinating is included in all of my planning packages | Day of coordination includes month out support, running the rehearsal and 10 hours day of coverage with at least a 2 person team. We help with time line creation, vendor communication, all decor set up and break down and dealing with any wedding day emergencies that might arise! Day of Coordinating is included in all of my planning packages |

We are so grateful to have had Maddie from DMV Weddings & Events as our day of coordinator! From the very beginning, she was incredibly kind, organized, and always open to my ideas and any changes I had along the way, which I truly appreciated. Since I had not been to many weddings before planning my own, I really appreciated having her guidance when making decisions. She was always so patient, helpful, and generous with her time, and she made the planning process feel much easier. On our wedding day, she made everything feel stress-free. She kept everything running smoothly, made sure we stayed on schedule, and handled everything behind the scenes so we could truly enjoy every moment. We cannot recommend Maddie and DMV Weddings & Events enough. Having her by our side on our wedding day was one of the best decisions we made, and we are so thankful for everything she did to make our day so special!

Highly recommend Maddie and team! They executed flawlesssly behind the scenes on all of the communications and details. They made our day easy on us and checked in throughout the night. At the end of the night all of our stuff was packed away and ready to go. They are also just so fun to work with!

Maddie is amazing!
Working with Maddie (DMV Weddings and Events) was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day. From our first conversation, we knew we had found someone special—she responded to every question and concern in a flash, and she was always thorough in making sure we understood every detail. On the day of our wedding, she was everywhere we needed her to be, checking in with my husband and me constantly to see what we required and what she could grab for us. She made certain everything unfolded exactly as we had planned it, which gave us the freedom to actually enjoy our celebration instead of worrying about logistics. Her professionalism and attention to detail felt irreplaceable, and honestly, we can't imagine having pulled off our day without her. Day of Coordinator
Maddie and her team were absolutely fantastic to work with! Having a day of coordinator took all of the stress off of myself and my husband and allowed us to fully enjoy our day. We were both a bit worried about logistics of the day with our venue layout and headcount, but Maddie's experience with the venue made everything a breeze. I cannot recommend her and her team enough. We would not have been able to pull it off without her!

Literally, a dream team. Maddie, Nina, and Abby made all things wedding planning, coordinating, and executing so easy for me, my now husband, and our loved ones. I consider myself a decisive person but found myself unable to make decisions about the wedding, but Maddie swept in and handled everything so I had no worries. My day of point people ensured everything was taken care of, and pivoted quickly when we needed it. I was literally greeted at the venue with a drink and a smile! I will forever remember Maddie and her team as integral to my perfect wedding day. Hire this team!
