Photography is about preserving memories. Wherever the camera is, I believe my clients shouldn't have to think about it. I always tell my clients that if they don't feel natural, they won't look natural. I want you to feel confident and free to be yourself, and I'm pretty good at helping you to feel that way. I'll take the time to get to know you before your wedding, so we're comfortable with each other before your big day!

For portraits, I'll give you prompts for movement and interaction. We'll end up with a mix of candid and "posed" images that all happened on their own and look incredible. For the rest of the photos (of the ceremony, getting-ready, first look, reception, and everything else), I'll be there to capture everything happening without you having to think twice about it. I'm going to be your best friend before, during, and after your wedding. I'm the one that will spend most of the day with you, and it's going to be awesome.

    Sydnee is the best!

    I’m so glad we chose to work with Sydnee. We had her do our engagements and were so excited to have her do our wedding, too. She works really well with children, which was huge since we had our own younger kids in the wedding and in a lot of our pictures. She’s also so good at making you feel confident. I’m super self-conscious, but I expressed this to Sydnee and she not only made me feel super comfortable, but also delivered photos that I love. I’m not super easy to please when it comes to pictures of myself. I love that her editing is natural and timeless. Nothing felt like an awkwardly-posed photo…it was all just so natural. And when portraits were done she captured everything else. I told her I didn’t mind her being “visible,” like she didn’t have to try to be sneaky about taking pictures, but I still didn’t notice she was there during our special moments. She’s SO fun and literally your best friend leading up to your wedding. We love Sydnee and 10/10 recommend her to ANYONE looking for a wedding photographer.

    Wonderful photographer!

    Sydeswept Photography was an absolute joy to work with for our daughter’s wedding. From the very first interaction, Sydney was incredibly friendly, easy to work with, and accommodating. She took the time to understand what we were looking for and was so patient in capturing all the special moments throughout the day.     Sydnee is great for everyone!

    Sydnee from Sydeswept Photography was such a pleasure to work with. She’s so friendly and fun. She kept up communication with us until the day of the wedding and kept updating us on our pictures as she worked on them. What really stood out was her ability to adapt. You'll receive a private online gallery link where you can view, download, and share your images. This link will remain active for two weeks. Downloading directly from your gallery ensures your photos retain their full quality, and you can download as many images as you'd like.
Yes! You can order professional-quality prints directly through your online gallery. Ordering through your gallery ensures your prints come out exactly as intended, without issues like cropping or color changes. Print quality through the gallery far exceeds convenience store, and I've made pricing as similar to that of the convenience store as possible.
You can expect roughly 60 to 100 images per hour of photographing. But keep in mind this estimate varies depending on each unique wedding.
I will always be the lead photographer for your wedding. I don't hire people to take pictures in my place. I do sometimes bring second photographers or assistants for the day, but I don't charge extra if I choose to bring someone that wasn't in an initial contract.
Yes! You can purchase a wedding video as an add-on or book my upgraded package, which includes the wedding video.
The sooner you book, the better. It increases the chances of your date being available and allows us time to talk and cover all of our basis in preparation for the big day.
Wedding photos have a max of a 6-week turnaround time, but I aim to stay under 3 weeks if it isn't busy season. I always send sneak peeks within 1 week.
Insurance is available upon request. Please reach out to me if your venue requires proof of insurance so I can send it over!
Wedding videos are a cinematic retelling of your day. With video clips from meaningful moments, like your first looks and walking down the aisle to dancing, speeches, and candid interactions, your video is edited to flow naturally and reflect the emotion of your wedding day.
This is more common than you might think. An additional $40 covers travel for a second day within one hour of Fort Wayne, IN, plus $5 for every additional 10 minutes of travel. Wedding coverage still includes up to five total hours across both days, with additional hours available if needed.
Yes! Collection prices remain the same, but I will split the cost of travel with you. For destination weddings, wedding photography is 80% off collection prices in exchange for the travel costs of me and my second photographer.
