We specialize in attention to detail and making sure your event runs efficiently and smoothly. Regardless of the event site, size, or budget, we place a premium on attention to detail and design. We make sure the event fits your personality in every way possible. We'll work to make your dreams a reality.

I only work with a few clients so that I can truly focus on their events. This allows me to spend more time with my couples curating the most perfect event possible! Whether you are planning a wedding for 300 or for 50 I look forward to designing a package that meets your needs, expectations, and budget.

    I wasn't sure if I needed a wedding coordinator/planner, but I decided to hire Michelle as our month-of-coordinator to help reduce my stress levels. What a great decision that was! Michelle was amazing to work with and was a vital part of making our day run smoothly. The work she did on our wedding day allowed my husband and I and our families to have a stress-free day. She also made my life a lot easier the month leading up to the wedding, which is a very overwhelming time. I cannot recommend Michelle enough for your wedding!

    We hired Michelle as a month-of-coordinator for our wedding and honestly went in to it expecting more of a day-of coordinator to organize the family and friends that were helping with setup for the wedding. However, Michelle quickly became an indispensable part of our wedding planning and actively went above and beyond what we could have imagined. She was so kind, patient, and incredibly on the ball during the whole process. I cannot recommend her enough. When the month started, she immediately took over the email communications with all of our vendors and solved problems before we even knew they existed. She always asked the right questions and made sure to keep us on track in the final stages of planning. During the rehearsal, she was so helpful with our family and friends that had never rehearsed for a wedding before. On the day of, Michelle was incredible. I cannot recommend her enough. She was in charge of the decorations for the entire reception area (pictured) and did a fantastic job. She was always there to make sure we knew what the next step was (from picture time to first dance to last call on the photo booth). I truly did not have to worry about a single thing with Michelle there. She even made sure that my husband and I had a moment to ourselves after the ceremony. I didn't have to ask for it, Michelle just knew that we needed it. Thank you so much, Michelle!!!

    We knew instantly after our initial phone call that Michelle was going to be an essential vendor for our wedding. At first, we looked at a coordinator as insurance in case something happened, but she was so much more than that - she made sure we weren't missing anything in our plans, that our vendors were in the loop, and that our day was as perfect as possible. Michelle was a dream to work with; she made us feel so calm and prepared. Her communication was prompt, proactive, and encouraging (which I desperately needed towards the final weeks). I am sure something went wrong behind the scenes, but to this day, I couldn't tell you what because Michelle handled everything. I was a big DIY bride and wasn't sure if I needed a coordinator, but I am so glad we had her there in the weeks leading up to the wedding. From final walk-throughs to creating our schedule to guiding the rehearsal to execution on the day, her work allowed us to be fully present with our guests and not worry about the logistics. We are forever grateful to Michelle and encourage anyone considering her services to pull the trigger - you will not regret it!

    Easy Event Ideas Llc was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. From the very first call, Michelle was quick, concise, and incredibly knowledgeable about every aspect of wedding planning. Her detail-oriented approach and confident, experienced guidance put us at ease throughout the entire process. While I was stressed about the weather, Michelle was already setting up all of the decor, coordinating vendors, and ensuring we were on schedule. The day would not have been the same without Michelle, and our families and my husband and I are so grateful and complimentary of her. We couldn't have asked for a better wedding planner! Without her, I don’t think the wedding day would have been anywhere close to how perfect it was!
