    We hired Alexis's team to be the day-of coordinator for our wedding reception and are so pleased that we did. She was helpful in making suggestions, decisions and changes and coordinating with various vendors when confusion came up. It was a huge relief to know that she would be the one to expertly handle those last minute issues, and she was able to solve several of those issues (unsurprisingly, I made a few mistakes). Our wedding was small and casual, and despite her usual role running highly produced weddings, she was supportive, encouraging, and flexible to roll with our vision. A week before when a couple of unexpected issues came up, Alexis met with me at the venue over a drink to talk things through again and provided authentic support that turned around my whole energy about it all. Her team member Nicole was our onsite coordinator and she took my materials and impeccably delivered on the look and setup at the venue. It was a huge value to have someone prepared to listen to what our vision was and then make some of the last decisions and judgment calls to get it there -- because my husband and I are decidedly NOT event professionals. Thanks Alexis and Nicole for making sure we didn't have to manage details on the day of the wedding and for your support in the weeks ahead of it!!!

    It was a pleasure working with A List Events during our floral set-up at The Baltimore Museum of Industry in July. The A List team is extremely efficient, focused and most importantly, CALM under even the crazy frenzy of behind-the-scenes wedding prep day! It would be an absolute delight to have the opportunity to work with the A List Team for any future events!
