We incorporate the details that speak to you and your fiancé's story by guiding you every step of the way so you can not only enjoy the planning process but, most importantly, your wedding day.
Our couple and their guests' experience is our #1 priority. From the beginning, we ask the questions to help us best understand your vision and identify the vendor team needed to create lifelong memories.

| Description | Providing a helping hand for specific aspects of the planning process only - lists of vendors/venues specific to your wedding only; creating/managing your wedding website; managing your guests' RSVPs, etc. | This service is for the couple who simply wants an AMAZING wedding, but has minimal time for the planning process. We assist with every aspect of planning - providing venue recommendations; identifying ideal vendors; reviewing vendor contracts; attending site visits; suggesting event design elements; budget management; and much more.... | Is Partial Planning what you need? If you may have already planned some of your wedding day/weekend details. You are at the stage where you could use some guidance on additional wedding professionals? style and decor? After discussing your vision, we collaborate with you to put the finishing touches needed to round off that vision. | This service begins approximately 6-8 weeks prior to your wedding day; and is for the couple who is solely looking for a coordinator to manage the flow of their wedding day. We recommend that this level of service be booked as early as possible. |

Very professional, knowledgeable, and personable!
Working with Robin of VOG Events was a great decision! She gave us lots of vendor suggestions but gave us the freedom to make decisions on our own. Working with other wedding vendors and signing contracts can be filled with new language, but Robin was very knowledgeable and took the time to help us understand the things we didn’t understand throughout the process. She also gave great tips on what to ask for or look for when choosing vendors and making decisions about minor details and how our day would flow. When it came to the wedding day Robin and her team executed things flawlessly! If something did go wrong we would have never known because they always had everything under control. Robin and her team were prompt, professional, and very personable.
