Working with Robin of VOG Events was a great decision! She gave us lots of vendor suggestions but gave us the freedom to make decisions on our own. Working with other wedding vendors and signing contracts can be filled with new language, but Robin was very knowledgeable and took the time to help us understand the things we didn’t understand throughout the process. She also gave great tips on what to ask for or look for when choosing vendors and making decisions about minor details and how our day would flow. When it came to the wedding day Robin and her team executed things flawlessly! If something did go wrong we would have never known because they always had everything under control. Robin and her team were prompt, professional, and very personable.

Mind you, this was managing two wedding ceremonies in one day - one traditional Vietnamese and one American style. I never thought I would need a wedding coordinator, but it is the best investment we made in our entire wedding. We still think of James and Veronica as our friends and keep in touch. Where to even begin! Hiring Evviva studios for our wedding was the easiest decision yet! Kat and her team truly made everything special down to every detail, from our initial meeting up until the last moments on our wedding day! Kait (our lead coordinator) was truly exceptional. She truly made sure every detail was perfect and made sure everyone was where they needed to be. She helped ensure not only my husband and I were taken care of but also made sure our families had everything they needed as well. The care and commitment she has to making sure your day is perfect is incredible. I hired Johnnie to plan a baby shower for my best friend. She was so instrumental when it came to bringing my vision to reality and helped elevate my vision further with her ideas and resources. She was able to source everything that we needed, with a mix of cost-effective party elements and high-end party elements where it counted. She also is an extremely talented floral designer, so it was nice to not have to outsource another vendor for that. The day of, she was at the venue early to make sure everything was set-up perfectly, then broke down/cleaned up everything when we were done with the luncheon. Overall, she took a huge load off my shoulders when it came to everything that needed to be sourced and set-up for this event - I was very much able to enjoy the party and be a proper host, and didn't have to spend my nights and weekends with coordination leading up to the event.

Words can't express how amazing Bre was to work with! Annie from Before You Say I Do was an exceptional day-of-coordinator for our special day. Her communication style was frequent, clear, thoughtful, timely, and she was quick to respond to all of our questions and needs. The quality of her work and the value she provided was excellent-- she is hard-working and was incredibly considerate throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond, offering to bring additional decorations and even showing up the day before to assist with our traditional Vietnamese Tea Ceremony, which was not even on the same day as our official wedding. We had only hired her for her day-of coordination package, but even so, she was a consistent voice and helping hand for us for months leading up to the wedding. I can only imaging if we would have booked her whole wedding planning service, our wedding probably would have somehow been even more perfect than it already was. My husband and I got married in August 2025 and hired Ashley for Wedding Coordination services. We knew we could handle much of the prep work ourselves but wanted a coordinator to ensure the wedding day ran smoothly so we didn't have to stress or manage logistics ourselves. Our experience working with Ashley from start to finish was fantastic and we would highly recommend her to other couples getting married. Ashley and I had multiple planning calls in the months leading up to our wedding to review details and tasks that I needed to accomplish in order to stay on track. As we got closer to the wedding Ashley began taking on coordination tasks such as putting together the wedding day timeline and reaching out to all my other vendors to ensure everyone was on the same page. Throughout all these interactions she was on time, detail oriented, friendly, and followed up promptly with any action items (timeliness of email responses and follow up is a pain point I had with some other vendors throughout the wedding planning process, but not Ashley). When it came to the wedding weekend Ashley drove all the way to our venue location to run rehearsal and communicated frequent updates with me when she was running late due to traffic. Despite the delay we were still able to run the rehearsal quickly and get to our next event. On the wedding day itself Ashley kept all our vendors operating efficiently, set up our decor exactly as we asked, and jumped in to proactively manage a couple unforeseen bumps that occurred throughout the evening. At the end of the night she packed up everything and placed it in the bridal suite for us to pick up the next day. Although we didn't add content creation to our package, Ashley still took some video clips on her phone throughout the day and surprised us the next morning by texting them over -- it was such a thoughtful way for us to relive the day. We cannot sing her praises enough an encourage couples to hire Ashley for their wedding planning needs as she continues to grow her business.

I can't say enough good things about RCC! Renee and her team went above and beyond from the very beginning. They took the stressful parts of planning a wedding and left us with the fun parts - which is all we should ever want! She responded quickly, had the best recommendations and talked me off the ledge when I needed it. Our wedding was the most fun we had, and some of the most fun our attendees had, in part due to Renee and her meticulous eye for detail and her ability to deliver on our vision. If you're thinking of hiring a planner, do yourself a favor and take this stranger's advice and hire RCC - you will be glad you did. Because of them, we were able to fully enjoy our wedding day.

Sarah was an invaluable resource to us both during our wedding weekend and throughout our planning process. She helped develop our aesthetic and style choices as well as speed up our planning process by recommending vendors within our price range (she helped us find our DJ, who was awesome). She was easy to communicate with if we had any questions and her calm, cool demeanor gave us confidence that we were in a good spot with our planning. Then on the wedding day, she executed everything on the money. We were consistently ahead of schedule throughout the day, and we both felt we could lean on her if we needed something. We cannot recommend Sarah enough!!

Maddy & Cass are the best and everyone needs to hire them for their wedding!! From the start, they were professional, easy to communicate with, quickly responsive to emails, and eager to get started planning our wedding!! We met a few months prior to the wedding at the venue to see the space and talk all things details. Leading up to the wedding, they were on the ball with everything and double checking in on things that I wasn't thinking of or had over looked, etc. They communicated with all the vendors on our behalf and made sure everyone was on the same page with details, timing, etc. They are both so sweet and genuinely nice people and it was awesome to have them there for the rehearsal and the wedding day!! I can't recommend them enough!

She genuinely loves weddings and all the minutia that make them meaningful to each couple, and it really shows. Whether we were picking a photographer or deciding what kind of candles to use, she was always full of practical advice and creative ideas tailored to our tastes and budget. Stacy isn’t just a wedding planner — she’s a partner who is eager to understand and then produce your unique vision for the day. Stacy goes above and beyond every step of the way. Her motto — which you’ll hear a lot — is “we can do that!” Just one small example of many: I procrastinated on getting a hairstylist only to finally do a trial and realize I really didn’t like the result. Without even being asked, Stacy immediately jumped in and found multiple incredible hairstylists, even reaching out to confirm their availability and pricing. I’ve had so many people compliment me on the wedding, specifically how thoughtful and well-executed it was. Almost every single one of them has mentioned Stacy. Her professionalism, competency, and uncanny ability to subtly resolve any last-second problems makes for a stress-free event where your only job truly is to enjoy the day. And her attention to detail (like putting cute tags on the water carafes with refill instructions) makes even the littlest pieces feel special. She was always exactly where I needed her on the wedding day, checking in, making sure we were fed, re-bustling my dress moments before our first dance. I was able to really relax knowing she could handle whatever came up. If you’re hoping to find someone who is as excited as you are about seeing your dream wedding come to life, Stacy’s the one.
