And because we have an extensive inventory of wedding décor and rentals, we can often provide many of the pieces needed to bring that design to life — from centerpieces, candles and table décor to arches, backdrops, signage, specialty displays and more. But we aren’t limited to what we already have. If you can envision it, chances are we can create it.
We love custom projects and bringing unique wedding visions to life! With our extensive décor and rental inventory plus our in-house design skills, we can create almost anything you envision—from custom backdrops and signage to centerpieces, displays and one-of-a-kind details. And because the same team handles your planning, design and wedding-day execution, we understand your complete vision and how every detail should come together. They really are looking for a partner in managing all the actions for a the wedding including the budget, vendors, and all the details of the wedding. This package also includes event design & decor as well as day-of coordination for the rehearsal and wedding day. Price varies by guest count. | The Partial planning service is perfect for couples who have already planned the wedding, but need an extra set of hands to work through their checklist of tasks in the month before the wedding. This can include arranging or hotel accommodations, travel arrangements, seating charts, day-of coordination and anything else you need help with. Our coordination begins 3 months before your wedding as we learn your plans, connect with vendors, create your timeline and prepare for a seamless day. Crisis Averted
Jennifer and her sisters are the dream team! I wasn’t sure we’d need a coordinator (my mom had everything “under control”), but then The Great Flower Crisis of 2025 hit. They jumped in with faux florals, fixed everything—centerpieces, bouquets, all of it—and somehow made it even better than I imagined. Calm, professional, and absolutely clutch. Hire them. You won’t regret it!

Perfection
The planner was incredibly accommodating throughout the entire process. We selected our venue, The Audrey in Cannonsburg, PA, less than six months before the wedding, and the team kept us well-informed about all the key milestones leading up to our special day. The ability to pay online made everything much simpler for us. Most of our communication took place via email and the website, and we faced no issues at all. Our vendors collaborated seamlessly with Masterpiece Studio, ensuring that our wedding day went off without a hitch. We relied on Masterpiece Studio for day-of coordination, upholstery, and decorations, and they executed our vision beautifully. Additionally, the team went above and beyond at the end of the night, making sure I didn't leave anything behind. Overall, they truly captured my vision perfectly!

Masterpieces Studio was extremely professional. They helped to create my fairytale wedding. They were responsive and easy to communicate with. Masterpieces helped design my wedding decor, including our table decorations, various signs around our venue, and our wedding invitations. Baby Shower Decor
I had a co-ed baby shower and worked with Masterpieces Studio for all my decorations. They went above and beyond and everything turned out perfect. From the diaper centerpieces, box letters (to spell our daughter’s name), to our koozie favors and more we got so many compliments. Very easy to work with and great communication. Would highly recommend!
