We spent 11 months planning every detail, and booking Golden Bell Music as one of our very first vendors was hands-down the best decision we made. The band/DJ hybrid concept? Pure genius! It absolutely delivers the best of both worlds, and they pulled it off flawlessly. But really, the biggest shout-out – and the core of this whole review – belongs to the phenomenal Marlon Aldana, our DJ and drummer. We first spotted him in action on Golden Bell's Instagram, and it was an instant "that's our guy!" moment. You can imagine our excitement when we found out he was available for our date! Working with Marlon from the very beginning was just an absolute pleasure. He wasn't just playing music; he was genuinely feeling the room, intuitively knowing when to let a song build or transition to keep the energy up. We had a last-minute idea to add an extra instrument, and the Golden Bell team didn't blink. They jumped right in, helping us find the perfect addition without any issues. Plus, we had a separate violinist for our ceremony, and it was so impressive to see how effortlessly all the vendors collaborated. No drama, just smooth, professional teamwork, which really speaks volumes about Golden Bell's commitment to making your day seamless. Now, for the ultimate highlight: our after-party! We decided to do something a little different and host it in a wine cellar, and Marlon and his team elevated it beyond anything we could have imagined. When they brought in a fog machine, the entire atmosphere transformed. It wasn't just a party; it was an experience! That fog machine honestly MADE the party, turning the space into something truly epic. I genuinely can't picture it having the same incredible energy without it, so a massive thank you for that unexpected, perfect touch. And because we had a masquerade theme, I asked if the DJs would wear disco masks and they SAID YES and wore them the entire time, even after I told them they absolutely didn't have to for more than one song! It just created such an amazing vibe, and we've got the pictures to prove how much fun everyone had! There's just so much to appreciate about this incredible group. “10/10 would recommend randall!! We booked him for our engagement shoot and wedding and we are beyond appreciative and impressed. RDL is the only photographer my husband and I could agree on. We liked his photography style, the quality of the work, the price, and his personality. He even guided us with the timeline to make the most of the time and photography. For both the engagement shoot and wedding day, he guided us and made us feel comfortable. We’re def not models but he made us look great! We were able to get some posed shots and some Candids. He was PATIENT with us and didn’t make us feel awkward at all. The day of the wedding, I got so many compliments from our families with how they appreciated his presence. He kindly directed people and was patient with us and our guests. Def professional guy and just honestly a good personality. He’s also priced well. “Honestly I don’t have one bad thing to say about the make up it was perfect, I loved the make up and hair it made me feel like a Barbie. I did the trial first, which I do recommend it, because we changed a few things from it for the wedding and that just made it exactly what I wanted. The reason why I’m giving it 4 stars it’s because of her not being based in Phoenix so it makes it less flexible. I asked her like 5 months before the wedding if she could remove just the hair of one of my bridesmaids because she got pregnant and wasn’t coming, and she said no because of the travel she already was counting with that money which I understood. Then for the trial, I got my date (which is hard to request specific dates with my work schedule ) and she canceled last minute ( in her favor it was a really good reason). Then I tried to book it the next month like we talked about and she had another issue and couldn’t travel to do it, so we didn’t have the trial until a few weeks before the wedding, which was okay but I just feel like I was being very flexible to someone that was not being flexible to me at all. And even though she said she doesn’t charge for travel fees, she did charge me 260 for the drive to one area in Phoenix to the venue, which I think it’s a little high (but I’ve never done this before so it might be normal). And my last complain is she told me she was going to give me a touch up kit for the wedding, and when I asked for it she gave me a used lipstick and some setting powder with no brush or sponge or anything, that did not help at all to retouch my make up after some tears. She probably just ran out of them. But like I said at the beginning I have zero complains about the actual make up and hair, it was perfect I do recommend her a lot if you live in LA, if you are out of her area just keep in mind there won’t be a lot of flexibility. (I put pictures of the wedding and trial )”

“Summary/TLDR: We had a big wedding with a lot of complex personal decor set up and Kimberly and Travis went above and beyond! Lessen your stress and book her! Full review: My now husband and I had a big wedding at the Disneyland Hotel, and Disney does not handle any personal floral or decor, so we knew we would need help! We hired Kimberly for her full day of coordination service for things not provided by Disney, and it was one of the best decisions we made. When I first reached out, she responded quickly to let me know of her services and to set up a call. I was already pretty set on hiring her from the reviews I'd seen, but the call was also extremely helpful! After hearing about our details, she recommended a DJ for us to request from Disney, who was absolutely perfect for our wedding! In the weeks leading up to the wedding, Kimberly checked in to see how I was doing and if I needed help with anything, even though I had only hired her for the day of coordination, which was so kind and thoughtful! We had a large wedding with over 250 guests, and our bridal party was huge as well, so there were a lot of moving parts. I was pretty frantic the morning of our wedding as I had overslept with so much left to do. Kimberly was so helpful with everything - and really helped reduce and lessen my stress, which as anyone getting married would know, is priceless! Kimberly and her husband handled all of our personal items so well! Several of which had to be set up multiple times (e.g for the ceremony and then for cocktail hour or for cocktail hour and for the reception). We had multiple guestbooks, some of which had multiple parts, multiple card boxes, favors for each family that had to be set up alphabetically (150 bags), a huge memorial table full of pictures that I wanted set up in a very specific way, reserved row signs, a welcome sign, Filipino shawls for the wedding godmothers, custom bar signs, Venmo signs for the money dance etc. We also enlisted their help last minute to help guide people to their table for the reception because of the way our seating chart was set up. Some cousins were supposed to help with that but got caught up in the moment and forgot! But Kimberly and Travis handled it themselves and made sure everything went smoothly! At the end of the night, she and Travis made sure to pack up all of our personal items and bring them back to our getting ready room. Kimberly and Travis also worked seamlessly with the Disney staff and other vendors! After the reception ended, I realized I had lost track of my Disney bouquet, to which I had attached irreplaceable sentimental items, and Kimberly, who was on her way home, texted our Disney day of coordinator to help us find it in the nick of time!! If Kimberly was this fantastic with just day of service, I can't even imagine how incredible she is with full planning. I absolutely recommend her to anyone and everyone! Brides and grooms - do yourself a favor and hire Her!”

“I cannot say enough good things about Gabby and Claudio Cakes! I found Gabby on Zola while planning our 120-person wedding. Though I reached out to other bakers, Gabby stood out with her variety of items, designs, and services. I am an indecisive person, so when I contacted Gabby, we only had a rough idea of what we wanted: a small cake and a dessert table. Gabby’s excellent communication skills helped us find exactly what we didn’t even know we wanted. She took our vague ideas and brought them to life with her creativity. Gabby met with us for a tasting, where we got to try an impressive selection of cake combinations. From what I recall, she offered more choices than any other baker we considered. While we aren’t typically cake people, every single thing we tasted was absolutely delicious. Our wedding was in Ventura County, and Gabby was able to provide delivery from LA. Our wedding started later than usual, and Gabby was flexible with a later delivery time, which was a huge help since our wedding was outdoors—we didn’t want desserts melting before the reception started. Even our coordinator mentioned how great this was since it’s not a standard service. In the end, we ordered around 19 dozen assorted pastries and a small cake for photos. The desserts were such a hit that they were gone almost immediately, and even months later, guests are still talking about how amazing everything was. Some even mentioned being disappointed they didn’t get to try anything because the treats disappeared so quickly. Throughout the whole process, Gabby was professional, knowledgeable, and communicated flawlessly. I truly wish all my vendors were as amazing as her. I highly, highly recommend Gabby, and I’m just waiting for another event to work with her again. Thank you so much, Gabby, for making our day so dreamy!”

“It's been a week since our wedding and we're already getting to swoon over the sneak peek teaser we just received from Ryan Films! Zack and Mia did SUCH an incredible job capturing our day. Zack and Mia were so great. I think what really stands out about them is how seamless everything was. We never felt like we were "on camera". They worked hand in hand with our photographer to capture moments from our day in such a non-intrusive way that left us feeling calm and kept things looking so natural. I've already watched our video what feels like a thousand times and can't stop smiling over the raw emotions and candid energy they were able to capture. One moment that stands out to me is that right before our first look, Zack stopped me and reminded me that this would be one of our only moments for just us so to embrace it and take as long as we wanted to soak in that moment. Everything he said was so true and it was one of the most special moments of our day. Throughout our day, that was a testament for how Zack and Mia interacted with us. They felt like old friends and always made us feel comfortable and were just so fun to be around. At one point, Zack even handed the camera to my husband for him to take footage of me. We laughed and truly enjoyed having them capture such special memories for us. If you're at all on the fence about hiring a videographer, do it. There's something that video captures that is so unique. What a beautiful way to get to re-live such a special moment in time. We specifically went with Ryan Films because we wanted the option to also get all of the raw footage, which they provide as an add on. In addition, we also wanted the ability for our videographers to capture drone footage. The drone footage included in our video is so incredible!
