Clients work with preferred vendors for catering, sound/music, floral design and shuttle services. A lodging buyout is optional. Sand Rock Farm is also a great location for romantic elopements, engagement photo shoots, retreats, corporate events and film shoots.

The oldest house in Philo (1888), it was Anderson Valley’s first post office and stagecoach stop that decades later was the Philo Pottery Inn. During the painstaking restoration we did using nearly all salvaged materials, its secrets and history began to resurface. We were constantly discovering little finds, over 200 1880's old glass bottles buried on the grounds to the headline clad 1915 newspaper lined walls in the main house. It’s been part remodel and archeological dig. Now it’s ready to host events & make fresh memories for decades to come. A few years ago we were lucky enough to add 20+ acres of open meadow lands & forest contiguous to TKO for events & glamping and built an amphitheater by Indian Creek in the woods. We can host up to 100 and have have 12 bedrooms in three fab houses, plus glamping tents. There are so many ways to utilize the property and also vintage trailers and wacky Japanese cars to get creative with. Come see for yourself and be part of its evolving history.
