Acres Landing / to getaway and gather for sanctuary and celebrations! One of the best things about Acres Landing is that you can have your event past 10pm outdoors, which is something that is very difficult to find in Palm Springs proper!  Music can officially be played at our venue until 12am; we just have to turn off any outdoor speakers at 10pm.  With the back doors of our small Clubhouse open to the venue, the volume in our imagined dancing space, the Pavilion, is full event volume!  Bands can go until 10pm, and DJs can go until 12am.  We have no cap on the amount of pieces you can have in a band. We require a buyout of our amazing vintage campers, along with a venue fee.

Why you'll love this venue

  • Wheelchair accessible
  • Unique barn setting
  • Raw space for complete customization

Venue considerations

  • No built-in audiovisual options
  • Not for you if you prefer a more modern aesthetic
  • No in-house catering options
I have been visiting acres landing for nearly a year now and absolutely love the property! Each camper is unique, clean and cozy. I love soaking in the mineral water pool, hot tub and private tubs located outside the campers. Highly recommend staying here if you get the chance!

If you’re looking for a venue where your closest family members and friends are on site, if you prioritize good food, and if you don’t want to move from venue to venue during your wedding weekend… oh and you like luxury and high-class service, then this may be the venue for you! I’ve researched hundreds of venues and every time I looked at a new one, my heart would come back to The Genevieve. TG puts people at the forefront of every decision, and that was felt by us, our families, and every guest who shared our special wedding weekend with us. There are 20 gorgeous rooms on site. If you do plan your wedding here over a weekend, you will need to do a full buy-out, but honestly that was perfect for us. I didn’t want anyone not part of the wedding to be on site with us. Let’s move to food… now this was a TREAT. Our initial tasting solidified any lingering doubts. Everything was so beautiful, served piping hot, and ridiculously delicious. 75% of our guests ordered the filet and all were cooked to perfection, like how is that even possible to cook that many steaks at the same time perfectly? *Chefs kiss* to Chef Beto. So TG is a gorgeous venue, but it has multiple mini venues within it. There’s the inn where all the rooms are, the ceremony lawn, the post-ceremony happy hour lawn, an indoor bar, a grand dining room, and then even an outdoor dance floor behind there! So as the day progresses, you move from location to location which keeps things interesting and honestly was so fun! Planning for the big day with the team was a breeze. They had a list of to-do’s and due dates based on our wedding date, and everything was clear and easy to follow. I thank Pam, Kris, Chef Beto, Dana, and Esme (and everyone else!) for helping make this the best weekend of our lives! We can’t wait to come back and visit you all, just the two of us! To anyone looking for the venue of your dreams, stop looking. It’s right here on Sagunto St!

Gran Sueño is a fantastic venue that we worked with for the first time a year ago, which was also the first wedding we catered to. All the staff members went above and beyond to ensure that the event was tailored to perfection. We are delighted to continue working with them in the future, as we have already done many events at their place, and every time, we felt just at home. The tight work environment is fantastic, and we express our most profound happiness in working with them. Overall, we highly recommend Gran Suena for any event. It is tough to find places that look to give the best experience to our guests and can work as a team even though we are different companies. Since we've been doing a lot of events there now we are thinking of opening up a branch in that area so we can continue giving the best service to our guests.

Gosh we love them. They were life changing! Our initial tour with Corina was so phenomenal and she sold us immediately. All of our planning meetings throughout the process were well organized and prepared and we always felt heard and supported. Our day of coordinator, Robert, was absolutely incredible!! He was so calm and cool before the ceremony and then helped us amp it up to an insanely fun celebration afterwards. Can’t say enough good about him. Even our friends and family were saying amazing things about him throughout the night and the days to follow. DJ maestro (the included DJ package) assigned us the best DJ ever (DJ Gerald) and he created such a fun atmosphere for the dance floor. He also crushed it with balancing MC’ing and nailing all the cues. Esteban was our late night banquet captain and he was so amazing, really attentive and kind. Moments in Bloom KILLED IT and gave us the florals of our dreams as well. Overall, we genuinely cannot even express how happy we were with our wedding day and night and the entire process leading up to it and that is all thanks to Wedgewood.

My Husband and I had the most wonderful experience with Churon Winery as our Wedding Venue. Not only are the grounds absolutely gorgeous, but their customer service was outstanding! Meilee set the tone as the venue coordinator, and we cannot begin to express the friendliness, professionalism, and over all care she gave us while we planned our wedding and asked her a thousand questions. She was there for us every step of the way and shared in our excitement of our wedding, she's the BEST! We would also like to give an extraordinary rating to Christopher who worked so hard all day and night of our wedding to make sure everyone had everything they needed. He was literally working nonstop and did it all with a smile. Robert at the hotel front desk was helpful and pleasant and made every accommodation he could to get us, and our guests settled into our rooms. Food, can't forget about the absolutely delicious food served at our wedding, and Enrique made sure to impress us with his coordination and talent with all of our tasty treats! The hotel provides many amazing photo spots from the entrance of the hotel to the main staircase to the elevators and most importantly the rooftop view of the city which all gives a stunning historic look at the city of Los Angeles. It was an amazing experience working with the hotel as well. Sandra the sales manager at the hotel made it a breeze to book and coordinate the event with my florist and photographer. The hotel staff was also super helpful with helping me hold onto the roses to pick up on a later day and helping me load them all into my vehicle. The overall experience exceeded my expectations and I wouldn't change a thing!

Bendiciones

The most amazing experience and venue!!! It is really hard to put into words how in love my husband and I were with our wedding at The Lodge at Two Moons. We had the most incredible experience from our first planning call all the way through the wedding day. Shiloh and her team made the wedding planning so much fun and a seamless experience. It was all a blast, but of course the day of took the cake! We had the amazing opportunity to have the venue for our wedding for the full weekend, so our family and friends were able to enjoy the property all weekend. We held our rehearsal dinner and day of activities all on site. The onsite team was amazing, as well, and truly are the nicest and most thoughtful crew :) The property itself is just gorgeous and made the most amazing setting for our wedding. But, besides just the venue itself it really was The Lodge at Two Moons team that really made our wedding a dream. It was amazing to see the vision I had in my mind truly come to life and look exactly as I had imagined. Shiloh and her team made this happen and with the most professional, caring, communicative, and fun approach. It is really hard to truly explain how much we appreciate them and so happy that the whole team was a part of our day. This place is a dream and we cannot wait to plan other trips up for special celebrations. Thank you to everyone who made our day perfect!

We had our wedding at Oceano Hotel & Spa and truly could not have chosen a more beautiful venue. The location right by the water is absolutely stunning and made the entire day feel so special. Every part of the venue photographed beautifully, and our guests could not stop talking about how gorgeous everything was. A huge part of what made our experience so amazing was our coordinator, Rachel. She was honestly the best. From the very beginning, her communication was excellent. She was always responsive, helpful, organized, and genuinely so kind throughout the entire process. On the wedding day itself, I didn’t have to worry about a single thing because Rachel and her team made everything feel seamless and perfect. She handled everything behind the scenes so calmly and professionally, which allowed us to actually enjoy every moment of our day. Having someone you fully trust during such an important event is priceless, and that’s exactly how she made us feel. Kimberly was our amazing coordinator, DJ Shy killed it as MC And DJ, our photographer Ella was so sweet, and the food was amazing! What a great spot for an intimate wedding and reception. We stayed at the Beau Hotel which is attached and had an amazing time.

Sherry gave us the tasting of our lives where we got dream and plan our wedding over delicious in-house food and wine. So many of our guests loved the hotel, the wines at cocktail hour, and the wedding feast (shoutout their broccoli cheddar soup). el PRADO also gave us a 2-night stay for our wedding weekend, and another night for our 1 anniversary! We only had 7 months to plan and wanted to stick within a budget. but have something beautiful. University Plaza Waterfront Hotel offered just the right pricing with a stunning courtyard, dining area, and spacious ballroom. There were a few mishaps but Renee and her staff took care of us and ensured that our needs were met. We set several appointments throughout this time frame and Renee worked with us to keep these appointments running smoothly, worked well with staff and other vendors to make sure our day was special as could be. Renee responded to my emails promptly and helped me plan the reception program, floor plan of the ballroom, answered my 101 questions and so much more. Renee and the University Plaza Waterfront Hotel staff had our best interest in consideration from pricing, to decorating, to our guests, and all the things in between. I truly enjoyed that there were plenty of rooms for my big guest list from so many different countries and states. Everybody had enough space to enjoy themselves, the kids played all around in the courtyard, safety was good, and the sunset was just great. The Univeristy Plaza Waterfront felt like our home. We are so thrilled and pleased that we chose to have our wedding at this venue, because although it was hectic(as any wedding would be) at times it was an absolute blast!

Candi and Byron at the Terrace Room helped make our wedding reception a memorable, elegant, and easygoing event. We started the process early (18 months), and they supported us in navigating meal options, laying out the floor plans, and creating an atmosphere filled with warmth. Everyone involved in our reception was exceptionally professional, passionate and dedicated to creating a memorable (even if ephemeral) night. We are so thankful to Candi and Byron who shepherded us through every micro decision (linens, hors d'oeuvres, music, decorations, vendors, etc). Without them the event wouldn’t have felt unique to us. If you’re looking for a venue that brings history, classic architecture, unbeatable views, and a dedicated staff, this is the place!

Botanica by Trademark Venues
Rating: 5.0 (4 reviews)
Oceanside, CA
  • Up to 200 guests
  • All-inclusive
  • Outdoor
  • Starts at $15,950

Set within a hidden tropical oasis in Oceanside, California, Botanica is a romantic garden wedding venue surrounded by natural spring-fed waterfalls, tranquil ponds, lush greenery, and refreshing coastal breezes. Designed for couples seeking an outdoor wedding venue in North San Diego County, Botanica offers a celebration experience that feels private, peaceful, and beautifully immersed in nature. Couples can begin the day tucked away in the serene Bougainvillea Cottage or the indoor-outdoor Cabana before choosing from three distinctive ceremony settings, including The Cove, The Tree, and the Tropical Forest. Guests then gather in the Heart of the Garden, where shaded forest, billowing drapery, blooming florals, historic trees, and trickling fountains create an intimate alfresco reception setting filled with movement, texture, and romance.

Our wedding at Botanica by Trademark Venues was truly everything we could have hoped for and more. From start to finish, the entire experience was smooth, transparent, and so positive. Our planner, Mikaela, was absolutely amazing! She was so understanding, supportive, easy to work with, and always responsive. She answered every question we had and made the entire planning process feel stress-free. On the wedding day, she helped everything run so smoothly not just for me and my husband, but also for our family who were helping throughout the day. We even requested for aisle decor to be placed at the sweetheart table afterwards and the team did exactly that! The venue itself is absolutely stunning and honestly speaks for itself. We had a large guest count of around 200 people, and everyone kept raving about how beautiful it was. What we loved most was how it felt both spacious and intimate at the same time, which made the entire celebration feel so special. The food was also delicious! We chose the family-style dinner, and it was such a great decision! Everyone loved sharing the meal together, and the portions were generous. We also added the late-night taco bar and ice cream, and both were a huge hit with our guests! We brought our own alcohol, and it was such a nice touch that they provided all the glassware and ice for us. Every single thing we requested was done exactly how we envisioned, and there were truly no mishaps. Everything stayed on schedule, and the entire day flowed seamlessly. We have Mikaela and the whole Botanica team to thank for making our wedding day so unforgettable. We can’t recommend Mikaela and the team at Botanica enough!

Without a doubt, Hotel Cerro is the perfect venue for an intimate wedding. My fiancé and I decided to plan our wedding to coordinate with our anniversary month and didn’t take into consideration that it was…3 months away. Haha! However, Hotel Cerro and their event planning manager, Jessica, made the experience as stress free as possible. The ceremony space is located on their second floor terrace. You are welcomed by a lush wall of greenery and glass paneling that gives you a view of the beautiful fig trees on the first floor. Across the terrace, is a full length glass wall that opens into the dining area where we had our reception. The space is intimate and inviting with exposed brick walls and windows that look down onto Garsden St. When touring the venue, Jessica was warm, friendly and easy to talk to which instantly took away some the nerves of the planning process. She took the extra time to get a feel for what we wanted for our wedding and offered suggestions of what we could do with the space. The fact that we didn’t have anything planned and a short timeline didn’t seem to phase her at all! She made it obvious that although we didn’t have a lot of time, she was going to keep us on track and get everything planned with us in time. During the tour we saw that the hotel also has an upper level pool area, “Fig Veranda” and an edible garden which are all perfect areas to do wedding photos. Each area has a different feeling to it and it added variety to our photos without having to go all over town. Plus, we had so much fun running around the hotel with our photographer the day of! Throughout the planning process, Jessica was responsive and made sure to keep me updated on due dates and what the next steps were for the planning process. If I had any questions (and I had a lot haha!), she made sure to get me whatever answers I needed quickly and offered multiple options if there were any. Their preferred flower vendor delivered us beautiful arrangements and set them up before the wedding which allowed us to focus on getting ready. They also had our personal flowers delivered to our room and sent photos of the table set up as a “sneak peek”! We stayed at Hotel Cerro for the weekend of our wedding and was pleasantly surprised by how luxurious our loft room was. It had more than enough space for our friends to visit while we got ready and took us about 5 seconds to get to the ceremony area. The staff was very welcoming and seemed to be just as excited as we were that we were having our wedding there! The wedding day was everything that we could have dreamed of and more. The ceremony space was set up on time which allowed us to put out decorations, the floor plan and day of time line was followed exactly how we had planned and the reception dinner was delicious! The staff was also extremely friendly and attentive to everyone during the event. Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Cerro if you’re looking for an intimate wedding venue. With the help of Jessica, the planning and execution of our wedding day went as smoothly as one could have hoped for and allowed us to truly enjoy our special day without additional worries!

You know how every Hallmark Christmas movie with a gay theme seems to star Jonathan Bennett? Well, we both felt like Jonathan Bennett in my own Hallmark movie - of course, during the summer, but you get the idea - during our recent wedding at Cambria Pines Lodge. You really have to go there to experience it - the grounds feel like a Hallmark movie in all the best ways - warm, inviting, joyful, and somehow familiar. If you want the true "Christmas in June" experience, just head on over to the garden, crafts, and Christmas store just off the property that's open year-round. We're looking forward to heading up for their Christmas market in the fall - we hear it's incredible. You have to trust me on this one - the whole place is really special. From the moment we first spoke with Judy, Michelle, and the team, they were incredibly supportive, flexible and friendly in helping us plan our dream wedding. The venue itself is charming, warm and inviting, creating such a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. They worked with us to stretch our budget across all the events, Ramiro and the banquet team accommodating our complicated beverage, gift bag, AV, and decor requests, mostly with ease. Most importantly, the Cambria Pines Lodge team took great care of our families and friends, ensuring everyone felt at home throughout our special weekend. We are so grateful for their incredible service and highly recommend this venue to any couple looking for a truly memorable wedding experience.

About wedding venues in California

California offers an incredible 840 miles of coastline, 3,000+ wineries and ancient redwoods for your wedding day. When you choose the Golden State, you're getting exceptional natural lighting for your ceremony across diverse settings from Mediterranean coastal zones to alpine mountain backdrops. Each region has its own distinctive character that can perfectly match your vision.

What Makes California Wedding Venues So Special?

Northern California's Napa Valley welcomes you with rolling vineyards and Spanish colonial architecture where intimate wine cave ceremonies create unforgettable moments. Head to Southern California and you'll find oceanfront venues like Duke's Malibu where you can exchange vows with the Pacific stretching out behind you while enjoying fresh coastal-inspired cuisine. Palm Springs offers dramatic desert venues with mountain backdrops and striking midcentury modern architecture that photographs beautifully.

How Much Do Wedding Venues in California Cost?

Wedding venues in California typically run between $9,600 and $11,700 which aligns nicely with the national range of $6,500-$12,000. This represents about 18% of your total wedding budget. Accessibility options have improved greatly across California venues in recent years.

When Should You Book Your California Wedding Venue?

October leads venue inquiries in California with couples typically booking venues about 13 months (400 days) before their wedding date.
