From the moment we toured the Pines to the moment we drove away, we had nothing but an amazing experience. The venue and decorations were beautiful. The coordination and food were impeccable. Everyone went above and beyond to make our day magical. Highly recommend!

As a wedding officiant I work at a lot of venues and with all kinds of staff. The crew at the Pines Resort are the best. You can relax knowing that everthing will be handled professionally, no detail will be missed and the venue is spectacular.

The Pines Resort, set on beautiful Bass Lake, is one of my favorite venues to provide wedding cakes, flowers and décor. They are easy to work with, always professional and accommodating making sure that the client's needs are satisfied.

All food and beverage is provided by the resort (Ducey's on the Lake), with the exception of the wedding cake. Catered buffet or plated meals are available at a per person rate. Menus are included in this wedding packet. Final menu selections are required 30 days prior to your event. Final guest count is due 14 working days prior to your event.

In order to confirm sleeping rooms, food and beverage, and function space, you must provide The Pines Resort with a signed agreement within 14 days of the temporary hold and pay a non-refundable deposit. The deposit depends on the wedding package selection you have made and will be the full amount of the package selection.

As a courtesy, we will generate a group room block at a special group rate. Our Rooms Coordinator will work directly with you and your guests to book these rooms.

Your reservation includes six hours from start to finish, excluding the time it takes our staff to set up and clean up. Any additional time will be billed at $500 per hour.

Yes, self parking is available with ample parking throughout the resort.

We allow wine to be brought in. We charge a corkage fee of $20 per bottle. All other alcohol will be provided by the resort.

We are a year-round resort!

Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have a shuttle for any guests who need mobility assistance.
