NOOR's event spaces allow you maximum versatility in planning your wedding. Our banquet halls can be transformed from ceremony to reception in less than an hour while your guests mingle and enjoy cocktails in our foyers, patios, balcony and bar areas. The Ella Ballroom
When the doors of our Ella Ballroom open, your guests are received by our art deco inspired ballroom exquisitely designed to accommodate up to 120 guests for formal receptions with a dance floor and up to 250 guests for a cocktail-style reception. The Ella Ballroom is the perfect space for intimate events in a glamorous location.

The Ella Ballroom also features Enhanced LED accent lighting to compliment the design and theme of your event along with a spotlight to project your custom logo onto the dance floor.

NOOR’s outdoor courtyard space
The NOOR Terrace is situated around a beautifully ornate fountain with old world trellis and hanging plants. Let our design team add intimacy and glamour to your private event by ensconcing the courtyard with 360 satin white draping and chandelier lighting. It's ideal setting for wedding ceremonies seating up to 280, dining up to 156 guests and cocktail parties up to 300 guests.

Amazing Celebration
I celebrated my 50th birthday at NOOr and had the time of my life with 200 of my closest friends and family. Sushi Bar, Street Taco Station, strolling Champagne model, Cigar Roller, Photo Booth, Casino Tables, Signature Cocktails and special performance by Elvis me for a memorable night.

Unforgettable Birthday
We celebrated my husband's 50th Birthday Party at NOOR, which was amazing! From the incredible sushi bar and street taco station to my Signature birthday cocktail, an Old Fashioned, NOOR implemented all of the details we planned together. Forever grateful.

NOOR was such a beautiful choice for our wedding. The venue looked incredible from the moment our guests arrived, and the combination of the elegant indoor space and outdoor area made the whole celebration feel extra special. The catering was one of the highlights of the night, and everyone kept complimenting the food. The staff was professional, attentive, and made sure everything stayed on schedule.
