    The Estate OC was absolutely amazing to work with for our wedding! Mimi, our coordinator, was the best - she consistently followed up with us leading up to the big day and took care of us and our guests all night long. The quality of their work and value was 10000/10 - our dream wedding day couldn't have gone better thanks to the incredible service and attention to detail from the entire Estate OC team. We are so grateful for everything they did to make our special day perfect.

    My husband Jeff and I had the pleasure of celebrating our wedding at The Estate OC this October, and it was truly a dream come true. Finding a beautiful venue in Southern California that doesn’t require a high guest minimum is so difficult, but The Estate OC was everything we hoped for and more. If you’re looking for an intimate and romantic setting, this venue is perfect yet it can also comfortably accommodate larger parties. One of the best parts of The Estate OC is their all-inclusive packages, which make wedding planning so much easier. Ours included the DJ, catering, linens, bartenders, and a day-of coordinator. They offer different package tiers depending on your budget, plus a variety of affordable in-house add-ons (often much cheaper than hiring outside vendors). The food was delicious, they offer a wide variety of menu options, with your choice between plated service or buffet style. Everything we selected was beautifully prepared and received rave reviews from our guests. They also provide a beautiful chuppah (extra add on) option if you’d like your altar to have more visual impact. It added such a lovely touch to our ceremony and looked stunning in our photos. The photobooth was a hit with our guests! It came with fun props, and I loved that I could design my own custom photo template. The audio guestbook (a phone booth where guests leave voicemails) was another favorite. Listening to everyone’s messages afterward had us laughing and crying all over again. I even left a surprise voicemail for Jeff at the end of the night, which Mimi sent to us later. He had no idea until then… and yes, he cried. :) The only outside vendors we needed to book were our photographer, florist, and dance floor which makes total sense since those are so personal to your style and vision. Another huge plus: The Estate OC is BYOB. In my opinion, that’s a much better option than having a preset or cash bar. For a smaller wedding where you know your guests’ preferences, it’s a great way to save money. We spent about one-third of what most people typically pay for alcohol. Finally, I have to give special thanks to Mimi (Assistant Manager), Yanel (Consultant), and Sharon (Day-of Coordinator). They made everything run seamlessly from start to finish. Communication was quick, and they were so attentive throughout the planning process. On the day of our wedding, they checked in constantly and handled everything with care and precision. Whatever we needed, they were on it and thanks to them, our day was absolutely perfect.

    We absolutely loved having our wedding at The Estate! The venue is stunning and made the perfect backdrop for such a special day. Mimi was incredible, so kind, professional, and attentive.     Beautiful venue run by fantastic folks! My beautiful wife and I just got married at The Estate in September 2024. In short, this was our favorite venue out of all the ones we reviewed (also considered multiple Wedgewood locations and Rancho Las Lomas), as they have such beautiful grounds and offered the best service and amenities at the most reasonable price. This is a family run business that has the convenience of a one-stop shop, yet you really do feel the attention to detail and personal care by the great team at The Estate: Jovan, Mimi, and Yanel. JOVAN: Jovan guided us through our initial tours of the property and explained the packages and pricing. He was always very kind, thorough, and responsive. The way he explained everything made everything very easy and simple, and he was always willing to explore options and try to accommodate our requests. MIMI: After deciding on The Estate, Mimi helped keep us on track at various stages leading up to our big day. She always made sure to reach out, help us with any questions, and ensure we hit each box of our wedding checklist. Mimi was our main contact when it came to finalizing details for literally everything: florals, food, third party vendors, etc. Mimi really helped significantly in organizing all the details in easy, digestible chunks so that we could have the wedding we envisioned, without much stress. YANEL: OMG YANEL! Yanel was our day-of coordinator and she literally takes care of EVERYTHING. My wife and I had a basic vision of how we wanted the venue set up, while coordinating multiple third party vendors. We imagined that we would show up early with family and hustle around to help set up, as we have many times before at family and friend weddings. Not at all, Yanel took care of everything. Yanel simply asked us basic questions of our vision and put it all together. She even handled keeping track of all third party vendors, like our florist whose delivery truck broke down and were late, not arriving with the florals until about one hour prior to the start of the wedding. Needless to say, we were freaking out a bit, but Yanel really went above and beyond to take charge, handle any issues, and help make our day happy and special. A big THANK YOU to Jovan, Mimi, and Yanel. They are so nice and friendly, I was so happy that we were lucky enough to have all three of them present at location on our wedding day. They are just fun folks who really care and really know how to organize a good time. Do yourself a favor and check out The Estate and meet these great folks.
