The Heirloom Inn circa 1863 is the picture-perfect secret garden oasis for your wedding ceremony, reception, or gathering of any sort. We offer a spacious outdoor, landscaped setting for up to 150 guests with garden trails and concrete patio for your main event. Evenings here are especially magical, with warm white lights providing a magical glow on our gardens and beautiful space. From coordinating to providing decor and table settings, as well as breakdown and clean up. Let us handle the bulk of the details so you can relax and enjoy your big day!

    Fairytale Wedding Come True at The Heirloom Inn

    We celebrated our 26-year vow renewal at the Heirloom Inn, and it was everything we dreamed of. One tour of this place, we were hooked and we stopped searching elsewhere. Tiffany serves as both the venue owner and coordinator. She absolutely knows how to make everything look so dreamy. They have everything you need for decor available. We created beautiful centerpieces from the items she had. Platters, aisle decorations, alter decorations. All tables and chairs… they set out appetizers, late night snacks and brewed coffee for us! just wow! Our event happened during an unexpected heat wave, but Tiffany and her team did everything possible to help guests stay comfortable. They made sure there was plenty of water available, encouraged guests to stay hydrated, constantly moving umbrellas for shade. The grounds are absolutely magical. The shady garden, koi pond, vintage charm, twinkle lights, chandeliers, and fairy-tale atmosphere created the most romantic setting imaginable. There were plenty of cozy seating and lounge areas where guests could mingle, relax, and enjoy the evening. We were checked on constantly, our guests were taken care of, and countless details were handled behind the scenes. The venue is nearly all-inclusive, which removed so much stress from the planning process. As an added bonus, the couple gets to stay overnight, allowing the celebration to end without having to rush anywhere else. They tell you go rest and all your stuff will be packed ready for you in the morning! The Heirloom Inn didn’t just host our vow renewal—they helped make the wedding we never had come true. After 26 years of marriage, we finally got the celebration we had always dreamed about. We are incredibly grateful to Tiffany and her team and would recommend the Heirloom Inn without hesitation to any couple looking for a beautiful, stress-free, and unforgettable wedding experience.

    BEYOND amazing; Above and Beyond

    Where do we even begin? The venue is absolutely beautiful. The greenery, flowers, everything. Literally something out of a fairy tale. The venue owner/day of coordinator, Tiffany, is AMAZING. She is organized, very easy to communicate with, and calming in chaos. My husband and I both agree that our wedding would not have ran as smoothly as it did without her and her staff. We sincerely cannot express enough with words the tangible love she puts into what she does for her bride and groom. Above and beyond barely scratches the surface. If you’re thinking about booking, DO IT. I promise you that you will not regret it.

    Perfect Wedding!

    We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect wedding day. The Heirloom Inn is super clean, beautifully maintained, and the flowers are absolutely stunning. Tiffany was incredibly reliable throughout the entire planning process. She always responded, answered all our questions thoroughly, and gave us great recommendations. She made wedding planning feel easy and fun, which we loved. The staff were also so kind and helpful on the day of the wedding. The venue truly feels like a hidden gem. l'm so thankful we toured with Tiffany. We fell in love with everything immediately. It was everything we hoped for and truly the wedding of our dreams. We highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a beautiful fairytale garden wedding!

    Hidden Gem!

    The Heirloom Inn was an absolute dream to work with for our wedding. Their communication was consistently professional and prompt, putting us at ease throughout the entire planning process. The quality of their work was truly immaculate - the venue was ethereal and beautiful, and Tiffany, our coordinator, made the planning practically effortless with her wealth of resources. She thought of every detail, and the day itself felt so seamless and easy. After our beautiful ceremony and reception, being able to stay at the lovely Inn was the perfect way to cap off our special day. We couldn't have asked for a better venue and team to bring our wedding vision to life.

    September Wedding at the Heirloom Inn

    Tiffany's venue is beautiful, and she is a passionate, knowledgeable, and transparent owner/coordinator. I had a very specific vision for my wedding day, and Tiffany not only encouraged and enjoyed my unique approach, she executed it perfectly. I was convinced I was going to have to come in day-of and take over, but I walked into my dream wedding. My vendors all loved working with her, too!

Wedding season runs from the third weekend in April through the first weekend in November. As my venue is outdoor only.
Yes, clients are required to bring their own alcohol. To be served by my certified bartenders, only, at no charge to the guests.
I do not have an off peak season per se. The venue does not operate from the second weekend in November through the second weekend in April.
Yes, as well as overflow parking in the lot next-door. I have on-site parking attendants to help guide the guests.
My designated guest bathrooms are ADA compliant.
Main house accessibility for wedding party and my couple. Tables, chairs, linens, napkins, as well as a two hour rehearsal spot on Friday prior to the event (this is rehearsal only, no rehearsal dinner accommodations can be made) as well my coordinating services day of event.
Saturday client- 12:00 p.m. day of until 11:00 a.m. Sunday Sunday client- 1:00p.m day of until 11:00 a.m. Monday
$1500 deposit secures the date. In the event of cancellation 7+ months in advance 1/2 of the security deposit is refunded. 6 months or less no deposit is refunded. Balance is due 4 to 5 weeks prior to wedding/event, payments are accepted.
Client is responsible to obtain one day event insurance.
