As soon as I first spoke with Karyssa, I knew I wanted her to be our florist. She immediately saw my vision, and she was able to fit everything we wanted into our relatively modest budget. I was so happy with her creations for the arch for the ceremony, our bouquets, and our centerpieces. The flowers were gorgeous and went so well with the rest of the landscaping. The ceremony site looked incredible. She was super communicative and took the initiative to reach out to us to check in, which I really appreciated. We had a great experience with Esoimages. We first met him at the San Francisco Courthouse on a Wednesday (with our wedding date on that Friday) while he was preparing for another client’s photo session. He was professional, polite, approachable, and took the time to answer all of our questions. We were able to schedule an appointment with him on the spot, which was a huge relief since we didn’t have to spend time searching for a photographer. His pricing was very affordable, and the quality of the photos were perfect. We had never been to our venue before, but his knowledge of the area was impressive. He knew all the best locations and backgrounds for photos, which made the entire experience stress free and enjoyable. One thing we especially appreciated was allowing him permission to share some of our photos on his Instagram stories. It was a fun surprise from time to time and gave us a sneak peek of our pictures before receiving the final gallery. There was something special about opening Instagram and unexpectedly seeing moments from our memorable day. The final pictures turned out perfect, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. We would absolutely use Esoimages again in the future and highly recommend him to our friends and family.

My friend had hired her to do her wedding glam a couple years ago and she had also done the glam for the bridesmaids as well (I was a bridesmaid). She was so great that I had decided to hire her to do my own glam for my wedding day and let me tell you she was AMAZING. The professionalism was top notch. She communicates very well and is timely. She is so knowledgeable and really knows how to work with all skin types as well as different skin tones (my bridal party is very diverse). I'll admit I was a bit difficult and had kept changing my mind and was unsure of what type of makeup I wanted for my wedding but Sammy was really patient and helped me narrow down what I really wanted even when I couldn't exactly convey what I was trying to go for during our trials. One thing I will also note is that she is SUPER organized and CLEAN. I am a bit of a germaphobe and everything about her kit and her process was sanitary. Absolutely amazing experience with her. She made me feel soooo beautiful on my wedding day. I highly recommend her. Thank you SO much Sammy!

The location is stunning and the venue is exactly what we had hoped for - our photos turned out amazing and we're so grateful we chose The Mountain Terrace! We struggled to find a venue that would allow us to do just a morning ceremony there since we were having our reception somewhere else. The Mountain Terrace was just what we needed! Thalia saved our wedding. We had to change photographers very last minute and were super worried about hiring someone new. Then we found Thalia and from the moment we had our first intro call with her we had a feeling that everything was going to work out. She was so professional, during our first call she was very well organized and clear about what she would need from us. She took her time to make sure we were a great match and to understand our vision. She was personable and kind, speaking with her felt like talking to a friend right away. She was considerate, during all parts of the wedding she made sure to give us time alone together and we never felt rushed. Even still she constantly captured the most breath taking photos. Lastly she was so much fun! Our guests loved her and thought she had the most wonderful energy. She directed us very well. Looking over the pictures I’ve never felt so beautiful. She even brought her own props to go with our theme for the pictures. A vintage camera and tray. Everything she did was so thoughtful. We worked with Yoko from Two Perfect Events, and her team was on top of it every step of the way. Yoko made sure to get to know us and took every step possible over the year we worked together to make sure that we were prepared for the big day. She was in touch with our vendors, and our families and made sure that everything ran as smoothly as possible. We never felt behind schedule or rushed because Yoko and team were so organized and on top of it. They really took care of us throughout the entire process. Something we appreciate is that they anticipated we'd need breaks during the day and scheduled those for us as well, they also made sure we were fed and hydrated throughout! Our families could not stop talking about how efficiently the entire day was managed. 11/10 want to plan another wedding just to hire them again.

Natasha's Treats is your go to vendor for ANY type of dessert! She was so immensely helpful with all of our dietary restrictions and created the most beautiful vegan cake for us! She also made vegan cupcakes, gluten free cupcakes and an assortment of regular for all of our guests and they were completely cleared out by the end of the night! Everyone said how delicious they were and I absolutely agree!! Our vegan cake was strawberry shortcake and our vegan cupcakes were red velvet. The icing on both were incredible but especially the red velvet!! Our guests also couldn't tell that something was vegan or gluten free and we're raving about how delicious it was. So much gratitude to Natasha for all of her help making sure I could eat our desserts and ENJOY them!!! Thank you Natasha!!!! Also the pictures are from the day after as we enjoyed the rest of the cake with my family but the presentation day of was stunning!!!

Saratoga springs is a breathtaking venue. I absolutely loved my space. The staff are caring, communicative, detailed and super easy to work with. We used the Redwood Grove space. It is secluded and intimate. Beautifully covered in trees. The space is amazing and green and so earthy. The staff sets up your space and pulls down your space (if hired). They pay amazing attention to detail and were eager to ensure that my space was everything I wanted. The only issue I have is the short amount of time you are allotted to be on site. You cannot get ready there and you only have one hour to explore the venue and take all the pictures on site that you want. Which on a wedding day is chaotic. It would be nice to have more time to explore the space especially for the cost of renting a space. Other than the time constraints everything is organized, and amazing. The food is amazing and we for so many compliments on our food! The space overall is beautiful and is a place I would recommend to anyone with how attentive the staff are.

I am so glad I chose Adrianne to do my makeup for my big day. She was so easy-going, kind, and easy to communicate with, and she listened to all my questions and concerns about makeup. I usually wear little to no makeup, which left me at ease and looking my best on my big day! She was able to give me a very natural but beautiful look, which was exactly what I wanted! She came over for a makeup trial and really solidified my look for the wedding. We were able to figure out where I would need more moisturizer and coverage for my drier spots, which really helped for the day. My makeup also lasted all day, even with dancing well into the night. I would 100% recommend her services to anyone and will keep her in mind for any future makeup services I may need :)

We had such a great experience! Our chaperone, Michele, was amazing — super professional, kind, and made us feel totally at ease. She sent us tons of cute pictures and updates, and it was so clear our dog was having the best time. It’s such a relief knowing our pup was in such good hands. Opened in spring of 2001, the Los Altos History Museum resides in an impressive three-level, 8,200-square-foot building – built entirely with private donations; building ownership was transferred to the City of Los Altos in 2002. The Museum features a changing exhibits gallery as well as the permanent exhibit, “Crown of the Peninsula,” that describes the rich history of Los Altos and the surrounding area.

We're so glad we found the Los Altos History Museum for our wedding! The venue was perfect for an outdoor reception with 170 guests. The space is well enclosed with lots of beautiful greenery. The orchard in the back was a perfect spot for portraits during golden hour. The museum wedding coordinator Lisa was responsive, accommodating, knowledgeable, and had lots of great suggestions to make the day flow smoothly. They also let us store supplies at the venue the week leading up to the wedding which was very helpful. The bathrooms are the weakest part of this venue. They're clean but not the nicest and a little hard to find for guests. On the whole a great venue and made for a really special day. Would recommend!
