Rocko's was founded in 2013 to serve carefully crafted and custom-made ice cream tacos using high quality, locally sourced, and organic ingredients; all wrapped up in one cute, little package. What started as a small ice cream cart eventually expanded into an ice cream taco truck and in Spring 2018, we opened our first brick-and-mortar store in Santa Clara, CA.
