Chateau Mt. Eden was a fantastic venue for our wedding. Their communication style was simple but clear, which made planning the event very straightforward. The quality of their work and the value they provided was fantastic - the view from their venue overlooking the entire South Bay was absolutely breathtaking. One of the best things about Chateau Mt. Eden was the flexible event space that allowed us to customize the layout to fit our needs. An added bonus was that guests were able to stay on-site, which made the day even more special. I would highly recommend Chateau Mt. Eden to any couple looking for a beautiful, convenient wedding venue with a stunning view.

We had a wonderful experience working with the Saratoga Country Club for our wedding. From the very beginning and throughout the whole process, the event planner Sherry was always quick to respond and helpful with answering all my questions. The Country Club recently repainted and re-carpeted their reception room, and it looks so good! They had an event earlier in the day before our wedding, so I was super worried they wouldn't be able to set everything up quickly enough, but they did an amazing job! I had a minute to see the reception room before the ceremony, and they had arranged and decorated everything exactly how I had specified. The day-of reception coordinator, Mara, was also wonderful. She was super attentive and helpful, even checking on our parents multiple times throughout the evening to make sure they were happy. Would definitely recommend this venue for a South Bay wedding!

Without Angela & James my wedding would have been postponed or cancelled. Angela gave me info to help my wedding possible in the time of COVID. And let me tell you... they are TRULY A BLESSING. The best investment we made for the wedding was photography. I told my husband that was something I would not budge on and I’m glad I didn’t, Angela and James became like friends to us. I text Angela on the holidays and even when my son was born! They pay so much attention to detail that looking back at my photos they captured moments that I didn’t even realize were a part of my wedding. Their turnaround time is remarkable, all the sneak peaks made me want to see more and more and when I got the final photos I was in awe of all of them. Yoko made sure to get to know us and took every step possible over the year we worked together to make sure that we were prepared for the big day. We never felt behind schedule or rushed because Yoko and team were so organized and on top of it. They really took care of us throughout the entire process. Something we appreciate is that they anticipated we'd need breaks during the day and scheduled those for us as well, they also made sure we were fed and hydrated throughout! We had such a great experience hosting our corporate team-building event for 60 people at the Los Altos History Museum! The venue is beautiful — we used both the full courtyard and the galleries, and it worked perfectly for our day. Our event had a few moving parts, including a scavenger hunt, full catering for breakfast and lunch, and even a magician/mentalist — and the space handled it all seamlessly. The amenities were super convenient too. We had a shuttle drop off team members, and those who drove had no issues finding parking. Lisa was amazing to work with. She was responsive, helpful, and incredibly accommodating — from the early setup to coordinating all the logistics. Our team had a great time, and the smooth transition between indoor and outdoor spaces made the whole experience feel effortless. We also selected Heirloom as our caterer from their approved vendor list, and the combination was smoother than I could have even dreamed! Would definitely recommend for events — both personal and corporate!

We chose Blanco Urban Venue for our wedding and couldn't have been happier with the decision. From the start, the team responded quickly to all our questions and made planning feel straightforward. We were drawn to the place as it allowed for Ceremony, Cocktail, and Reception to all be in one space, with a super smooth flow, and allowed our pet to walk down the ceremony aisle. Chrissy gave us a tour and was SO warm and welcoming taking time to answer our questions and even graciously scheduled a second tour with the parents. She was super honest and open about anything we asked, providing solutions to concerns, and the day worked out exactly as she described. We had a 165 person wedding, and was worried about it feeling cramped but it honestly felt very roomy and comfortable for moving around and dancing. There was enough room for all the chairs, tables, and even had a nice space for vendor table! The included tables and chairs saved us time and money, and we loved how our other vendors raved about the venue too—it made coordinating everything so much easier. The bartenders really impressed us with their skill, and those signature cocktails were delicious even though drinks came at a premium price. However, right after the ceremony, Chrissy immediatley found the bride and groom to give us our signature drinks, and even gave one to the nervous parents. It was such a personal touch that we will remember forever. Being in San Pedro Square, parking was a breeze at only 10 dollars for the whole day, and a easy spot to Uber to. We had a world cup watch party coinciding with our day, but the team proactivley warned us and helped us have alternatives on communicating with guests to make sure everyone made it smoothly. Overall, Blanco delivered on quality and service, and we'd recommend them to any couple looking for a polished, all-in-one venue.

We had such an amazing experience with our catering team for our wedding! Carla, the owner, was incredibly kind, patient, and so easy to talk to. From day one, she was communicative and very flexible with all the requests I had, which made the entire planning process so much less stressful. One thing we truly appreciated was that they even delivered food to our home during our tastings--it made everything so convenient. The food was already amazing during the tastings, but it was even more incredible on our wedding day. All of our guests couldn't stop raving about how delicious everything was! Carla and her team provided exceptional service from start to finish. They were also the only catering team we found who packed up all the leftovers for us, which meant so much since our family stayed at the venue--we got to continue enjoying the food even after the wedding. They also created our wedding cake, which was absolutely beautiful and delicious. We also ordered the raspberry no-bake cheesecake (which I sadly didn't get to try!), but based on how quickly everything disappeared, it was clearly a hit. We only had a few slices of cake left, which says a lot about how much our guests loved everything. We are beyond grateful for Carla and her team for making our wedding day so special. We will definitely be booking them again for future events--highly recommend!
