You’re here because you already have a good handle on the planning process and just need a calm, organized and fun person to ensure everything comes together seamlessly. That’s me! Hi, I’m Patricia. As a former Executive Assistant it was easy to transition to becoming a Wedding Coordinator. I traded managing CEOs and their schedules for managing couples and theirs! I’ve been in the wedding industry since 2006, starting with designing invitations and full planning to where I am now.

I'm happy to be part of an amazing community of wedding planners and coordinators! What sets me apart from others is that I treat your wedding as if it were my own. I'm super outgoing and will be your bestie through good and stressful times.

    We booked Patricia and her one month coordination for our wedding and I could not recommend her and her services more! Her one month coordination actually starts months before your wedding so she was able to keep all the vendor information organized, handle vendor communication, kept me on track with tasks and advised me on how to organize all the decorations so that it could be setup the exact way I wanted on the day of by her and her team. Patricia is incredibly knowledgeable and organized so it made the whole process super easy and gave me peace of mind leading up to and on the day of our wedding. Her and her team handled all the logistics day of so that I could truly be a guest at my own wedding and focus on enjoying every moment while she handled everything on the backend. I loved every second working with Patricia as she is fun, outgoing yet has a very grounding presence which was everything I could have asked for especially on our wedding day! Do yourself the favor and book her for your wedding, you’ll thank yourself after the fact like my husband and I have done!

    Patricia was amazing from start to finish. During our initial venue visit, she made an immediate impact helping us with key decisions and overall timeline. She worked so closely with each of our vendors to make sure everything was ready for our wedding day. Day of, Patricia was organized, calm and positive. Her excitement and positive attitude was so wonderful on our day, it truly felt like she was excited to be part of our celebration. Patricia always provided thorough and detailed information when requested and was quick at responding to any of our emails, texts and calls. We could not thank Patricia enough for all of her help!

    Having a wedding coordinator was the best decision ever! I’m used to planning events on my own and many of my friends and family were ready to help out but I didn’t want to work my own wedding and I didn’t want them to either! Working with Patricia was so easy. She also gave me good ideas and asked me questions that I didn’t even think of! She took care of everything and worked so well with other vendors. IF there was a problem, I didn’t know because everything was so perfect to me.
