The Cinematics

Steven is a self taught photographer who picked up photography when his girlfriend (now wife) Tara got him his first camera as an anniversary gift in 2009. After learning how to use his camera, Steven gravitated towards something that he has always been passionate about - sports; and eventually started a local sports photography website. This gave Steven a lot of experience that ended up helping him transition into portraiture. Fast forward many years of practicing on friends & family members and learning the ins-and-outs of running a business, Steven took a leap of faith and turned his hobby into his full-time job in 2016.

Photography is something that enables Steven to spend a lot of time with his wife Tara and his daughter Brooke; and although it is VERY challenging running a small business, he enjoys connecting with people through photography. Photography reinforces to him that there are MANY-MANY more things that people have in common than they have different; and very simply put - people want to LOVE and be LOVED by others. Being a Photographer gives Steven the opportunity to capture some of the most BEAUTIFUL moments of love people will ever share.
