Yes! We are happy to learn any requests you might have.

Our default attire is black tie. If you have a requested wardrobe we are happy to accommodate it.

We're able to perform a wide array of genres and accommodate most if not all \ requests as a result of all our musicians professional training. Each of us has graduated from the Jacobs School of Music at Indiana University, the #2 music school in the US.

Q: Do you provide music for wedding ceremonies or cocktail receptions?

Yes! Just let us know what genre of music/mood you would like us set for either or both events and we'd be more than happy to cater to your requests.

Q: How early do you come to set up?

We typically arrive to setup 3 hours prior to the start of the event. However we are happy to accommodate any request you might have, whether it be earlier or later.

Funk Almighty A
Funk Almighty was hands down the easiest vendor we worked with throughout our entire wedding process. From start to finish, their communication was straightforward and dependable, and they delivered everything they promised. On the night of our wedding, they kept our guests dancing from the first song to the last, and honestly, they were all anyone talked about the next day. The band struck the perfect balance between being collaborative with our vision and bringing their own professional energy to the celebration. They made our reception feel like a party, not just an event. We would recommend Funk Almighty 10 out of 10 times to any couple looking for a band that truly knows how to get people moving.

Funk Almighty was the highlight of our event! The band was excellent, with their talent and skill on full display throughout the night. We had multiple guests come up to us and compliment the music. They did a great job engaging our guests and using crowd work to keep the party going. Daryl and team are very easy to work with during the planning process and were true professionals at the event. I would hire them again for another event, when the need arises!

HIRE FUNK ALMIGHTY!! Incredible Experience.
“Funk Almighty was absolutely phenomenal and once again exceeded every expectation. This was actually the second year we brought them back to our 900 person black-tie charity event - very much by popular demand - and they somehow managed to top an already amazing experience. They truly understood our audience and made every effort to curate a setlist that matched our crowd’s energy and taste in music… and they absolutely crushed it. The dance floor was packed all night, and our guests could not stop talking about how incredible they were. What stood out most was how genuinely invested they were in making sure everyone had fun. You could tell they cared deeply about creating an unforgettable experience, and their energy was contagious from start to finish. On top of being incredibly talented performers, they were also professional, responsive, and wonderful to work with throughout the planning process. They played a huge role in making our event such a success, and I cannot recommend them highly enough!!

THE ABSOLUTE BEST!
We had the absolute best time with Funk Almighty as our wedding band. We were able to see them perform at a local summer festival nearly a year before our wedding and instantly knew they were the band for us. They play a great range of songs and really have a new young wedding band feel which is what we wanted. They worked with us to learn a few of our favorite songs and we've heard from SO MANY guests that they were blown away by the band!! 10/10 would recommend!!!
