Unfortunately, we do not host any weddings June - mid-August since we host our non-profit summer camp programs during that time. All rental fees help fund our OVY Camp scholarship program to bring youth to summer camp that otherwise wouldn't have the opportunity!

Ashley was amazing! Leading up to the wedding, she was super helpful in guiding us through the steps to set up playlists and coordinate the intros/outros of the bridal party. Our wedding was spread out over a large property, and she had zero issue running speakers to each area, providing a festive, cozy atmosphere! We had a couple live performances and she was very accommodating in getting mic stands and cables all ready to go. Then the DANCING began! Lights, speakers, the whole deal - Ashley killed it! We leaned into more 70’s and 80’s music, and Ashley completely understood the assignment. Needless to say, the music mix was brilliant. Since then, we have had at least a dozen of our friends and family tell us that this was the most fun they have ever had at a wedding. I have no doubt that Ashley is 99.99% responsible for that. Hiring Ashley and Fog City Entertainment made a lot of sense 6 months ago, but now, having seen what she can do for a wedding’s atmosphere and dance floor, it’s a no-brainer. Thank you, Ashley!!

The Mountain Terrace was the perfect venue for our wedding ceremony. From the beginning, their communication was efficient, helpful, and showed their experience in hosting weddings. The planning process for our morning ceremony was very easy and straightforward, thanks to our coordinator, Caren, who was extremely communicative and a big help on the day. All of the event staff were also amazing and contributed to making our special day beautiful. We could tell how dedicated the staff was to making sure everything went smoothly for us. The location is stunning and the venue is exactly what we had hoped for - our photos turned out amazing and we're so grateful we chose The Mountain Terrace! We struggled to find a venue that would allow us to do just a morning ceremony there since we were having our reception somewhere else. The Mountain Terrace was just what we needed! I would highly recommend this venue.

Choosing them was the perfect choice for our wedding. They captured everything I could’ve hoped for and more. The photos are full of joy, laughter, and love. My favorite is the candid shot of me and my husband laughing during the ceremony. The video is cinematic but still feels personal. They caught little details that I didn’t notice, like my mom fixing my dress and my dad smiling proudly. Even our guests were included in beautiful candid shots. They were professional but also warm and friendly. I felt completely relaxed in front of the camera. The portraits are stunning, and the reception shots are hilarious and full of energy. Thalia saved our wedding. We had to change photographers very last minute and were super worried about hiring someone new. Then we found Thalia and from the moment we had our first intro call with her we had a feeling that everything was going to work out. She was so professional, during our first call she was very well organized and clear about what she would need from us. She took her time to make sure we were a great match and to understand our vision. She was personable and kind, speaking with her felt like talking to a friend right away. She was considerate, during all parts of the wedding she made sure to give us time alone together and we never felt rushed. Even still she constantly captured the most breath taking photos. Lastly she was so much fun! Our guests loved her and thought she had the most wonderful energy. She directed us very well. Looking over the pictures I’ve never felt so beautiful. She even brought her own props to go with our theme for the pictures. A vintage camera and tray. Everything she did was so thoughtful. We worked with Yoko from Two Perfect Events, and her team was on top of it every step of the way. Yoko made sure to get to know us and took every step possible over the year we worked together to make sure that we were prepared for the big day. She was in touch with our vendors, and our families and made sure that everything ran as smoothly as possible. We never felt behind schedule or rushed because Yoko and team were so organized and on top of it. They really took care of us throughout the entire process. Something we appreciate is that they anticipated we'd need breaks during the day and scheduled those for us as well, they also made sure we were fed and hydrated throughout! Our families could not stop talking about how efficiently the entire day was managed. 11/10 want to plan another wedding just to hire them again.

Saratoga springs is a breathtaking venue. I absolutely loved my space. The staff are caring, communicative, detailed and super easy to work with. We used the Redwood Grove space. It is secluded and intimate. Beautifully covered in trees. The space is amazing and green and so earthy. The staff sets up your space and pulls down your space (if hired). They pay amazing attention to detail and were eager to ensure that my space was everything I wanted. The only issue I have is the short amount of time you are allotted to be on site. You cannot get ready there and you only have one hour to explore the venue and take all the pictures on site that you want. Which on a wedding day is chaotic. It would be nice to have more time to explore the space especially for the cost of renting a space. Other than the time constraints everything is organized, and amazing. The food is amazing and we for so many compliments on our food! The space overall is beautiful and is a place I would recommend to anyone with how attentive the staff are.

I am so glad I chose Adrianne to do my makeup for my big day. She was so easy-going, kind, and easy to communicate with, and she listened to all my questions and concerns about makeup. I usually wear little to no makeup, which left me at ease and looking my best on my big day! She was able to give me a very natural but beautiful look, which was exactly what I wanted! She came over for a makeup trial and really solidified my look for the wedding. We were able to figure out where I would need more moisturizer and coverage for my drier spots, which really helped for the day. My makeup also lasted all day, even with dancing well into the night. Honestly. Patricia was fabulous. As the Mother of the Bride, I watched her handle vendors, last minute surprises, and all of our guests with Grace and Professionalism. I never experienced any anxiety and knew that she had absolutely everything under control. Opened in spring of 2001, the Los Altos History Museum resides in an impressive three-level, 8,200-square-foot building – built entirely with private donations; building ownership was transferred to the City of Los Altos in 2002. The Museum features a changing exhibits gallery as well as the permanent exhibit, “Crown of the Peninsula,” that describes the rich history of Los Altos and the surrounding area.

Bride’s Perspective Our wedding was a candlelit pizza party in the garden—casual, approachable, and elegant all at once. About 80 guests came. The ceremony was under the tree near the entrance. During cocktail hour, some guests (especially families with kids) enjoyed docent-led tours of the house. For dinner, we seated everyone at two long banquet tables on the bricks. While a lot of us were dancing inside, guests also gathered outside around the heaters under blankets we provided. The venue’s gardens and old trees meant we needed very little décor — we went with some DIY Trader Joe’s flowers & lots of candles. When the sun set, the glow from the candles and string lights provided by LAHM was magical. One highlight was cutting the cake at the end of the tables, looking out at our laughing, candlelit guests. We expected warm October weather, but the forecast dipped into the low 60s. Propane heaters worked perfectly, and combined with candles, lights, and blankets, the night felt intimate and warm. We live close to the venue and got ready at home, which turned out to be ideal—relaxed, convenient, and comfortable. Before planning, I imagined a rustic barn wedding, while my husband wanted something elegant. The museum was the perfect balance — and better than either of us pictured. Working with Lisa was wonderful. She was professional, responsive, and calm from the first walkthrough through the end of the night. I enjoyed checking in with her throughout the event, and everything ran smoothly. We trusted her recommendations and appreciated how she coordinated with all our vendors. We joke that if we ever got married again, we’d do it all the same — same space, same people, same Lisa! Groom’s Perspective We knew our venue search was over when we found the Los Altos History Museum. Lisa, the venue coordinator, not only manages a beautiful space but also brings clarity with straightforward policies and transparent pricing, which gave us freedom to design the day exactly how we wanted. The event moved naturally through the property: ceremony under the trees, cocktails near the house, dinner on the bricks, and dancing inside. It felt private but accessible, and the gardens were perfect for photos. My favorite moment was watching the sun set over dinner as candles and string lights took over. Lisa was fantastic — responsive, flexible, and organized. She met with our vendors in advance and made space to store supplies several days ahead of the wedding. She was the first to arrive and last to leave. She even helped pack our car at the end of the night. A few notes for future couples: there’s limited getting-ready space (we used our home, which worked great), tenting for rain can be tricky and expensive, and there’s no commercial kitchen. None were issues for us, and Lisa explained these points to us early so there were no surprises. We booked George and his team for our wedding video in Las Vegas, and honestly, they were incredible from start to finish. My wife and I had been referred to Tim and Affinity Productions by a friend and we couldn’t have been any happier. We booked them and it was just a great experience from beginning to end. Tim set up meetings online for us to go through prices, timelines, and ideas. He is very transparent with what services him and his team offer and they delivered! He had excellent communication throughout the process and it made wedding planning so much easier knowing that we would have videography on lock. On the actual wedding day, they brought so much enthusiasm and fun. They captured everything, from the getting ready videos, ceremony, speeches, and open dancing. I also appreciated all the candid shots that they took and that they even joined in on the dancing to capture our friends and family having a great time.
